More lifestyle advice than recipe book
More lifestyle advice than recipe book. Some of the recipes are very good however, and it's well worth a read.

Interesting insight
I liked looking through the lens of the world of Ikaria. I am adopting this way of eating. Would like more recipes but good non the less. Beautifully presented but needed more recipes.

Misleading title
This new addition to the growing literature on Greek is welcome, but its purpose is not quite clear. It is beautifully illustrated and the recipes – although I haven’t yet tried them – look interesting. Very few of them, however, give any indication of where the author found the recipe. My major concern, however, is that the title of the book led me to think that it would have a lot more about Ikaria. Of the more than 200 pages, only about 25 are about the island. There’s no map to show where the island is. There are several double page photographs of places on the island – wonderful photographs - but none of them appear to have captions to show where they are. The author is a newcomer to the island, having first visited in 2017. If you want a good book on Greek food, this may be it. But its title is misleading.
