Winner out of a few options
I was testing various votive LED candles and others looked so unrealistic to me (others were too strobe-like of a flicker or too orange). These were finally a winner for me and I kept them. I like that they have a subtle flicker. There also is a "steady on" option if you get the remote. The outside feels like wax which is nice. The flame and the black wick look semi-realistic (I have these candles in a glass votive holder though which masks the look of them a bit and makes them seem even more realistic). Overall I was very pleased compared to other options out there! The "flame" does lean slightly on a few of them and they were slightly wide to fit into certain holders I had (which would have fit real non-LED tea lights), but those points were not deal breakers for me.

"Misbehaving " sometimes... and a solution
I like these and they work as described mostly but my husband has come to calling out ones that are not working as misbehaving. As in "your candle on the side table is misbehaving again" I get them all working and in the right mode and set the timer. They all work perfectly for a while then one goes out. I fix that one and in a day or two, another one does the same thing. I never touch or move them once set up. The fix is to turn off, remove and reseat the battery then turn on and use the remote to turn on and off, turn back on and set the mode and the timer. For some reason, the battery in these seems to lose contact. Turn one on and just set it down and it goes out. Annoying as hell but When they are working they are very nice and if they last, much less expensive that buying actual tealights.***4/11/22 update I have discovered a solution to the issue where the lights work inconsistently. For some reason the battery housing or how the battery is seated is flawed. I folded up a small piece of electrical tape so that the sticky side was NOT exposed and inserted it between the cover and the batter. That allows the battery to have better and consistent contact and has worked for me for a week with zero issues!

Lights that don't come packaged with a remote do not work with the remote!
Let's clear up a few details: the headline says these are wax, but they most certainly are plastic. Although some of the tea lights come with a remote and some don't, I was under the impression that buying one remote would control all the tea lights from this page. Au contraire! The remote ONLY works on the tea lights it comes with. Third, and similar to other's experiences, I had a few that were DOA, and no, changing the battery did not fix them. Yes, they are nice and white like candlelight. Yes, they flicker and look much more real than my former orange-y flameless candles. But go in knowing what to expect with these.

Absolutely love these
So I bought these as my 3rd flameless tealight set. My 1st was bright orange and plastic and terrible compared to these. The 2nd was a little better, I did like them, the flame itself is warm and close enough to a real flame that put behind glass you can't really tell unless you're up close to them. But I did end up ordering this set which are far more realistic. I attached a photo here with this brand on right compared to the last brand on left. The other brands have been plastic, this set is real wax, they also come with a timer which is nice (I paid extra for that). The only thing I'd change is the light itself in the flame could be warmer, it's a bright white light, but still as realistic as you can get with flameless candles. I was previously set on the moving wick candles but gave these a try and so glad I did, they are much more realistic and also flicker. They also match the set of flameless tapers I bought which you can also see in the photos, so that's nice. These tealights are in the 1st and 3rd photo to give you an idea of what the light looks like both behind glass and exposed. I got tired of constantly having to replace my real tealights which never lasted long at all. These make more sense and I love the remote, as I don't have to turn each light off myself anymore which is time consuming when you have 10 or 12 lol, plus I can finally put tealights in lanterns on top shelves which can easily be turned off and on. I recommend these! I saw in another review someone painted the wicks to make them warmer which I might also try.

Defective battery covers on half of order
I bought these candles in July and plan to use them as I needed them. Today when I got way to prepare for hurricane efforts, I found that the battery covers on over half the candles are defective. They are missing one of the clips that helps the cover hold tight so the battery makes proper contact. Therefore they’re useless because they won’t light up. It is past the 30 day return, but I would like for the company to do the right thing and send me new battery covers.

Nice candle
These tea lights are really nice, however, I ordered one set and 1 tea light would not stay on. I returned them and again reordered them. Same thing again, 1 tealight will not stay on. Decided to keep them this time as I wanted orange tea lights that have a wax coating. I gave 3 stars as these candles are nice, but I will not order from that company again.

YES!!! The most realistic flameless candles ever. So satisfied.
I cannot get over how lovely these are compared to what I'm used to with flameless candles. They are a little pricier than other options on Amazon but worth every penny! Seriously SO realistic. Photos do not do them justice. I would never have considered putting out exposed flameless candles (i.e. not hidden inside something) but these are beautiful, even on their own. I've turned on 7 out of 10 so far without issue. The other 3 I don't need yet so I will preserve with the battery tabs in for now :) I got the version with the remote and it is super convenient - highly recommend. Although at first I thought that some of them weren't connected to the remote but you just have to keep pressing the setting you want until they each activate (some individually, some in groups). The real wax coating is a nice touch - wax has such a unique glow/reflection to it that it really adds to the realism. Just be careful with them as it will chip and scratch as wax does! The flickering is also super well done. I am genuinely so impressed - I can't believe how satisfying it is to get a product on Amazon that is far above expectations.

50 % Ausschuss, keine Kaufempfehlung

Beautiful and realistic faux tealight candles
The media could not be loaded. We were looking for some faux candles to use around the house and also to decorate a bar at a wedding venue. These candles are so realistic, they are made of real wax, have a black wick which most don't, and a really nice color. They are not too orange. They come with a remote so you can turn them all on and off at the same time you can also set them on a timer, you can also change the mode from candle which flickers to light which just stays on continuously to set a different mood. Would totally recommend these candles if you're not able to burn an open flame or want an easy way to turn on and off all your candles at one time.

Good
I’m impressed at how long the batteries have lasted in these tea lights.I’ve put quite a few hours on them, and they are still going. They look great, and have a real candle look to them. You can even dim them and they have a timer if you do so choose.I really didn’t need this many tea lights, so I’m trying to figure out what to do with the rest. Maybe I have a lifetime of battery powered tea lights?

Wax falls off
It says they're "real wax", but they're just coated with a thin layer of wax. Every single one was cracked and falling off. I peeled it off the rest of the way and they don't look much different, mostly just a pain in the butt. Just be advised that the wax is very thin, cracks and falls off. Gave 3 stars because the candles themselves still work well and look okay after peeling the cracked wax off. I'd share a video and pictures but Amazon keeps telling me "an error occurred" when I try to add media.
