Ok folks, I have a few things to say about this purchase. One has to do with the product itself, and the other has to do with the customer service at BSB Homeware who sold this item through Amazon.First and foremost I really like this water bottle for a few reasons; It's lightweight, it filters the water as it should (I believe, I'm not a chemist), has a comfortable shape in your hand, and I like that it has a good sealing cap when not in use. The clip on the side seems as though it would be useful, though I haven't tried it yet.Now my comments regarding customer service, which I believe is just as important as the product itself; Rarely do companies ever contact you directly to make certain you are fully satisfied when you purchase items through Amazon. BSB Homeware did, more than once. The timing of their follow-up e-mail was perfect because I actually had a question regarding my purchase so I e-mailed them back. Surprisingly they responded quickly and provided the requested information. It was so refreshing to see that there was an actual person reading and promptly responding to e-mails rather than some automated response system. This is how customer service SHOULD be, but rarely is.Bottom line? Not only would I recommend this water bottle, I would recommend products from this same company (if any are sold) because these folks seem to stand by their products and communicate well. A+

I bought this filter water bottle to take on vacation. I didn't want to buy bottled water at the airport at their gouge prices; since every airport has multiple drinking fountains, I knew this was a must-buy. (I'm glad I purchased a couple of boxes of the filters at the same time.). Since I always poured the water into a cup (yep, I packed a plastic cup with it) I was able to pass it on to a friend when he was flying to a conference. An avid camper, he has told me many times how much he appreciated the gift.

I've never had this kind of water bottle before, but I have had the Brita filtered water bottle. This bottle does a good job to filter the water, but it is not incredibly easy to drink out of - and it seens like I get a lot of air with every drink unless I squeeze the bottle.The label on the side washed off after the second use, which I didn't mind except that the ink ended up on my hands. It wiped clean though.The clip is useful, especially when the bottle is empty- I can clip it to the outside of my lunchbox and don't forget it at work.

I have well water which sometimes has a sulfur odor to it. I go through a lot of water filters and have to wait for the water to be filtered and chilled before I can take something on the go with me. With this bottle, I keep the water chilled in the bottle and it filters as I drink it. Much more convenient and I refill at my next water source because I already have my bottle and filter on hand.

This is an OK bottle. I like the size and shape. The filter fits just fine and the water tastes OK even from a faucet. What I don't like is that it's hard to get water through the filter. You have to squeeze the bottle fairly hard to get more than a dribble. When you do squeeze it, its noisy while you are drinking and it leaks around the outlet.I ended up using the KOR Nava instead of this bottle.

Randomly leaks while you're drinking.Clear cap loosely fits over spout (fell off and got lost in a day).Logo scratched off easily.Makes loud noise when you drink.I used during travel; took through airport security empty, then filled up at a water fountain.

Ddifficult to squeeze and don't like feeling like I'm sucking out of a baby bottle. Its not practical.

Leaks real bad. While taking a drink, water leaks from the drinking spout (mouthpiece) on borg water bottles I purchased. Won't be buying them again.
