Excellent product
I had the same brand but left it at a hotel. This one is more heavy duty and really works perfectly. Quiet and quick. Blades are very sharp and cut cleanly. Love the product and would buy again.

Excellent trimmer
This trimmer is the best I have owned. Quiet, easy to maneuver, never pinches, and cuts very close to the skin. I haven't experienced any slowdown while using it. This is my third Remington trimmer, and so far it is the least expensive and best that I have had.

Sturdy, dependable, and great value for the money
This is a replacement of the same unit we've had for about 7 or 8 years. It got a lot of use and after finally giving up the ghost we wanted the exact same Remington unit. Now we know we're good for another 7 or more years.

Good but not indestructible
This is a great shaver/trimmer. I've had it for 2 1/2 years and the main body has held up well, but the trimming accessories are nowhere near indestructible. I had one crack spontaneously. It doesn't appear that they can be purchased separately (emails to Remington customer support remain unanswered), so now I have a handle which works fine but is useless.Update: added one star. Remington customer service did get back to me, and they sent me a link to buy the trimmer accessory.

Husband loves this
Husband loves this. When it wore out after many years he wanted me to buy the same one even though I tried other brands as a surprise. This trimmer is his favorite.

Very Disappointed
I have had several Remington shavers in the past and have loved them. They were powerful and lasted a long time. I bought this just based on the brand. It is terrible. It is weak. It doesn't do a good job. I couldn't even fully shave with it. Left a lot of hairs behind. I'm going to try to return it- already threw the packaging away before first use. It is like putting a motorcycle engine on a big truck- just not enough power

Great overall product.
Easy to use, long battery life and does and excellent job trimming.

Greatly Improved
I had this razor a few years ago and it wasn't that great however it appears Remington has made improvements to the motor and added an L-Ion battery. It an outstanding buy for $25.
