I never listen to my radio, but it looks good, covers the connector and allows me to put a cover on my bike at work when it rains.

After pulling this antenna out of the package I was immediately hit with an overwhelming feeling of doubt as I stared at its diminutive size. I fully expected this antenna to pick up zero radio waves. So I unscrewed the old antenna from my 2014 Street Glide Special and screwed this on in its place. It almost completely disappeared from view behind the passenger seat. I turned the bike on expecting static, and much to my amazement, my favorite radio station came through clear as the proverbial bell. I must also note that on my old antenna, when the bike is in the garage I got a lot of static on my favorite station. Now, it is clear even in the garage. I am thoroughly impressed. Well Done!!

Really easy to install unless you have absolutely zero mechanical skills. The radio reception is terrible but I listen to my iPod 99% of the time on the bike so no big deal. The stock antenna would've eventually poked my eye out, with this stubby antenna I'll give it a 15% chance of ocular destruction.

This item was a replacement for a standard length antenna. I added a tour pack to my FLHXS and the original antenna was rubbing against the tour pack (not good for paint).

Used on motorcycle, wouldn’t pick up stations unless touching it.

I bought this before it got my extended fender . Fender didn’t have hole for antenna . So I reversed mounted it . It points toward front of bike hidden by the saddle bags . It picks up better than the stock one.
