i recently purchased this for my recliner. my recliner is cloth & not leather, so it works good for me. i don't have the problem many reviewers have of the cover slipping off the back each time you sit or get up.the way i use my cover is different from others. i put the cover on the recliner, & stuff the material all the way into the back of the cushion where it meets the back of the chair. that helps to make it more tight. the part that overlaps the front of the cushion, i pin down using two safety pins. the part that overlaps the top of the back i also use 2 safety pins. the 2 flaps that are supossed to go on the arms i don't put on the arms, instead i stuff the arm flaps into the left & right side of the cushion. the cover is pretty tight, with the safety pins keeping it from sliding or wrinkling.i suppose i could use velcro in place of the safety pins, but being that it's a cloth recliner, the safety pins work good. ocassionally you get some wrinkles on the cushion part of the cover.one reason i don't use the arm flaps, is i have a over the arm caddy on one side, which i purchased from amazon.

Works great, doesn't slide on my fabric furniture and removes easily when guests are due. My two dogs jump on this chair a lot, and it takes quite a bit to dislodge the arms and back from the chair. If you have a situation like this, just leave a little slack at the fold where the arms and back extend from the seat material to the arms and back of the chair. If you tuck it tight, it will get moved when pets jump up on it.

I bought these for a chair and a sofa. Very comfortable fabric but the laser welds let go where I sit the most. They launder exceptionally well and look like new afterward. They don't stay in place without pinning though. The elastic band isn't enough and the wings that go over the arms flop around. Overall, I'd buy them again.

These covers are an incredible idea, however, I just bought two very expensive recliners and one is taller in the back, causing the covers to not stay in place. In addition, after just a couple of up's-and-down's, the entire slipcover is all over the place.On a positive note, they are very well made, very attractive and durable, but in my specific case, do not work. I had to return mine.

It took a while but the cover finally came-it fits my small recliner fine. I was perplexed that directions said wash before using-but I did and it came out fine. Because my chair has a nappy material the cover seems to cling well and not shift but only have had it 2 days. I think it was a good buy and love that it's washable-colors fit well with my room(sage&olive).

Good quality for the price. Keeps the furniture clean with very little effort. My do loves being on the coach and this product was purchased after we bought a new living room set. I did not expect the quality of the product given how little I paid for it and have been very pleasantly surprised and my dog has no complaint either.

I have 2 cats that love to lay on my sofa and chair. I ordered one for my sofa from another seller that I liked very much. I ordered this one for my chair. So much better than my old comforter. Very happy with my purchase.

My chair is now covered well, and protected from my black cat's abundant hair. The cover was easy to put on, fits well, and the strap holds it. Color is lovely, and the cat adjusted to it quickly. I like that it is machine washable, soft, easy to care for.
