I went through 4 different lamp/magnifying glasses like thins before I found this one. I cross stitch and I really didn't want to end up screwing up my eyes trying to see especially in my dim room when I am doing tiny stitches. this light is absolutely perfect. It is big enough, it lets me lean back on my couch as long as it is clipped to the little board I use to put my cross stitch on, and the light is nice and bright. The only issue I have is that the neck is too short. I really wish it were longer so I could make it stay better in the position i want. Otherwise it is absolutely perfect. So much so, that when I showed it to my mother she right away requested I get one for my step-father's birthday because his eyesight is failing him and he needs it to be able to use the computer, keyboard, and read books. I ordered it right away.The price is honestly worth it. At first I was a little weary of paying 30 dollars for it but now having had it for as long as I have, I absolutely would buy it again. I have started using it for so many things. I used it when I painted details on my graduation cap, when I was crocheting in the dark room, I will probably be using it when I am painting my next painting too. The lamp is so perfect and that magnifying glass is big enough that it does not distort anything. I am absolutely blown away. Go buy it now!!!

I looked specifically for a magnifying lamp that was 1. bright, 2. had a plug instead of connection to a device or battery operated, 3. had a stand and a clamp..This lamp had everything I need. I'm still not accustomed to using the magnifying portion of the lamp, but, I can easily position the lamp above the diamond painting I'm working on to give me good lighting from above, and it's bright. I wanted a lamp that plugs into an outletCall me old-school, but I wanted a lamp that I didn't need an additional tool to make it work with electricity, and I didn't want to plug it into a device, or use a million batteries to keep it running...This lamp is tremendous...It has everything I want at a good price. The magnification is about the same as if you wore 2.0 to 3.0 reading glasses. There's a very small circle within the magnification glass that is super strong, but is too small to actually be of value (for me.) The magnification, which I thought I wanted, is hard for me to use, because I have a little issue with my hand moving so much under magnification...it's almost like getting seasick from staring at something that's moving too long..The clamp is great, but I wanted to be able to put the lamp wherever I need it, and the clamp doesn't open wide enough to accommodate the table lip that I use it on. I bought this specifically because it has a base to convert the lamp from a clamp to a stand lamp...The base is heavy and holds the lamp with no issues...isn't top heavy and doesn't topple over...Great lamp...

This is perfect for crafts. The light and magnifying glass works great and I love the idea of either using the stand or clipping to a table. My only complaint is the stand isn’t real stable and my table is too thick to clamp the product to. It also needs an outlet to be plugged into at all times.

This magnifying glass lamp works perfect for me. I love to craft and sew and my eyes are not as good as they used to be. This is perfect to help me do all my crafts.

This lamp is great! It magnifies and provides a little spotlight on whatever you are viewing through the glass. I’ve used it for sewing, embroidery, repairing my eye glasses, and other even for removing a splinter from my daughter’s finger(!!!). It’s inexpensive and also durable, as it has survived 3 moves and still works perfectly!

I love my light. When I am doing my diamond art it helps even though I have a light board. It is particularly good on a canvas that isn’t real clear with symbols for particular colors. I love that I can clip it on my table or have it sit on the table. The phone holder is a nice asset. I usually tend to “bury” my phone and now it is handy. Even though I bought it for diamond art I have found it very helpful when I do my Bible study as it is bright enough that I don’t need to use my “reader glasses” for the small print in my Bible. The neck is very adjustable. Would highly recommend for people doing artwork, crafts or reading.

Love the size of this lamp! Provides all the illumination needed, yet doesn't take up muchdesk space. Adjustable arm makes it easy to position exactly where light is needed. Love the factthat the clip fits right into the weighted base , so it's quite versatile. Three different bulb strengthsare very handy to have for chores. Magnifier helps a great deal when doing needlework or anydetailed task. VERY affordable as well! Very pleased!

This is a great little lamp with good magnification, but was missing the surface clamp, had to return it.
