Princeton Select Artiste, Series 3750, Paint Brush for Acrylic, Watercolor and Oil, Short Liner, 18/0

This was recommended to me and I do like this brush. Glad I got it. Will purchase more.

I use it for acrylic paints. It is good for details on the coasters I paint. It holds up well and the bristles dont shed.

I realize that this brush is used primarily for painting. However, I bought this for pollinating some fruit trees, and for that it works very well too.It is thin, long, and the brush hairs are soft, making this suitable for hand pollinating fruit trees.

Great for Enamels. Very fine brush.

Had to re-purchase this, my wife cleaned out my studio and threw it away, but won't admit it. :(

I wanted to get a very fine detail brush for painting whiskers and other wispy hairs on a cat because my script liner makes lines too thick and my very small sized round brushes don't come to a point at the tip. While I found this brush was capable of making very fine lines, it also holds barely any paint so I can't make a complete whisker in one stroke. However for making the dark lines around the eyes, it performed pretty well. I just had to take it slow and do a little at a time. I think for making whiskers, I might still opt for a short liner, but one in a bigger size.

Favorite brush in my collection, for painting miniatures.

This is a little softer than I prefer, but still very useful with painting details. I’d purchase it again.
