this is really good and def worth the price as itll last you a long time!! as a vegetarian i miss chicken the most and was super excited for this — it didn't disappoint, but im surprisingly a bigger fan of the vegan beef variation as far as having a bolder flavor!

5 Stars!!! - BEST Chicken Flavor Base I've Ever Tasted !!! Vegan or Poultry/Meat Based. Searched and tried so many vegan "chicken flavor" pre-made seasoning mixes/packets, cubes, recipes, etc. for over 15 years and never could find one that wasn't too onion-y, or garlicky, or even came close to an authentic chicken flavor, without any chicken in it. Finally, found the one! This is the only one I will ever be using and ordering from here on out. This truly tastes so good to me, that I would definitely cook with this for non-vegans/non-vegetarians. The smell, aroma, and the taste of the broth created is amazing. Some will not believe that this does not have any chicken/poultry product in it. This (and the Beef flavor base one) will be my go-to bases for cooking gravies, broth, soup, broth for my homemade seitan "meats", etc. Now I have the broth to finally make my own vegan Won Ton soup that I've missed so much. Have added a photo of some of my "chicken" and "beef" " seitan " meats made with this RC Fine Foods Chicken Flavor Base. (Have written basically the same for the Beef Base product, too.)

Love this stuff! Great for flavoring soy curls and adding that something to my vegan soups.No clue if it tastes like chicken. I don't know what chicken tastes like.

Being vegetarian, it’s been a long time since I’ve been able to eat ramen, but I always loved the chicken ramen the most so I thought I’d give this a try. It it PERFECT. I made the ramen as I usually do but instead of adding their seasoning packet, I added one spoon of this and it is amazing. Will be buying this for life.

My daughter has celiac so I cook a lot more from scratch than ever before. This soup base is a great flavor booster to lots of our favorite foods that I do my best to recreate for her.

I am so glad I found this! I like it so much more than using cubes because it is easier to add this powder to recipes and to rice or other grains when cooking in a rice cooker. If I add a cube, I have to pre-dissolve it in the water. I can just add and stir this and the flavor is fantastic! Pleasantly surprised.

This stuff is great. I’m a meat eater cooking for a vegetarian spouse, and this stuff makes your veggie stock taste like chicken stock! It’s a bit salty, but such is flavor in veganism... Highly recommend!
