This works great and truly doubles your sweat output. I bought this so I can get the sweat of a cardio workout while lifting weights. Based on my research of the materials used, this is one of the safer sweatsuits that isn't made of toxic materials like your average trash bag sweatsuit. It fits me perfectly, it's close to the body without feeling tight or getting in the way of movement. However this is where my positive review ends. It's extremely hard to put on and even harder to remove when sweaty and for that it loses 2 stars. A full length zipper and maybe getting rid of the big middle pocket so that it can be worn like a vest would make a huge difference in practicality. To remove it, I have to pull it above my head and suffocate while struggling to pull out one arm at a time until I can get enough of the vest above my head that I can finally breathe. I'm going to keep using it because it works but I'm definitely not a fan of the design.

Purchased this for my boyfriend for Christmas and he really likes it. It's extremely WELL MADE/STRONG when compared to those other silver sauna suits. He'd been buying those silver sauna suits for about a year and each and every one of them ripped on him. He was highly frustrated about it and when I found this, I HAD TO HAVE IT for him. Two things that he doesn't like about it are: It doesn't make him sweat as much as the silver sauna suits and that there is a gap at the top of the zipper right where you'd tie up the hood that allows air to get in - hence not producing as much sweat. He's thinking of getting a button placed there by the cleaners to solve the problem. Other than that, he's happy with it and there's NO WAY it's going to rip on him! Well worth the money I paid for it. It was his FAVORITE Christmas gift.

Wonderful product just don't follow the label and never ever wash it in the washer. I hand wash it and never had any issues with the top. I lost twice as much weight using the product than I ever have before. I also purchased the pants and they are even better than the top. If your serious about losing weight faster than you ever have before buy this product.

I love bio sweat jacket. I bought the women style in a Large as they don't stretch and it fit perfectly. As i was excited to get another bio sweat i had forgotten that it's unisex I bought L/XL so its big and baggy on me. I guess better big than small. Great product, thinking about getting a smaller size but my L/XL is fairly new. The only product that makes me drenched in sweat! 👍

In the gym at least 4/5 days a week. I'm using the Biosweats Jacket on Cardio days. There is nothing quite like a "good sweat" during a solid workout and so far this product produces! BTW - had purchased a size up originally; it was inordinately large. Went to true size L/Xl and it fits perfectly. The Amazon return and exchange process worked quickly an easily.

Really! Really! Love this product and will order atleast one more. Stronger than anything I imagined, totally the best workout wear I've ever had. I say this as a retired NFL Player. I could only ask for more variety in color...

I sweat more of course, but it fashionable and I dont feel like a human trash bag or like the suit is going to tear. Get one size larger than normal trust me. Drink more than water normal when using it for activities.

This suite met all and better expectations. After an exercise the Suite Jacket make me feel like i really got an excellent work out . Love this product. Great quality and comfort. I thought it might fit a little more snugger though but over all it really works quite excellent.

I order the jacket for my son, he has had several "Sauna Suits" before, he said this one is different than all the others he's had and he is really impressed, within 10 minutes of putting it on he could feel it working.Delivery was also very quick.

Its ok does nt feel like sauna suit..Use as a Spring coat instead..

very big sizes so get a smaller size. otherwise for the price it's a great product.

Just got my BioSweats sauna suit, it looks really nice. It is certainly comfortable to wear, and based on other comments, it should be a good sweat producer. I have used several other sauna suits in the past and I think that the BioSweats suit compares well. In particular, I like that it looks like an ordinary sweatsuit. The material feels like soft neoprene, although apparently it is something else. It is quite soft and quiet and does not make the rustling sound made by nylon sauna suits. This arrangement makes the BioSweats suit attactive to wear for outdoor exercise. I must admit that I often hesitate to wear my nylon sauna suit when exercising outdoors in good weather because the noisy waterproof material often draws attention from passers by, who then give me strange looks as they wonder why I am wearing what looks like a serious rain suit on a sunny day.Some small observations on the suit design. I have a 34" waist and the S/M pants are plenty large enough. The length is good, but the cut is rather baggy. Overall the BioSweats suit looks quite sporty, but a bit slimmer cut of the pants would make it look even better.My original intention was get a S/M jacket to match the pants, but I ended up ordering a L/XG jacket because it was on sale, hoping that it would not be overly big. As it turned out, this was a fortunate choice because the L/XL size is only just big enough for me, just 24" between armpits. My previous experience with Realsauna products is that the sizes run a bit large, so this seems anomalous. I wonder whether the labeling may be incorrect.Another small suggestion concerns the design of the bottoms of the pants, which presently are fully open and so let in a lot of outside air. An elastic here would seal this area nicely and increase the sauna suit effect. I notice that there is a hollow hem, so I am going to put in my own elastics to fix the problem.I notice that an e-book was promised with the jacket, but it didn't arrive, does it need to be downloaded from somewhere ?Overall, I can recommend the BioSweats sauna suit. It looks durable and well made and should give good service. The cost is a bit high, but at least now I can exercise outdoors on sunny days without getting strange looks.
