We installed the Gotonovo Vessel Sink Faucet in our half bath, and it looks fantastic! The matte black finish gives a clean, modern touch that really elevated the space. The faucet feels solid and well-made, with smooth operation and great water flow. Installation was straightforward, and everything needed was included.The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the plastic drain that came with it—it didn’t match the high-quality look of the faucet. I ended up ordering a black metal drain separately, which completed the setup perfectly. Still giving 5 stars because the faucet itself is excellent and exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend for a stylish upgrade!

It's only been installed for a day, but it works beautifully and is beautiful on my black marble vanity. Can't believe it was so inexpensive compared to all the faucets at Home Depot and it looks better than any of them. I just hope it lasts, it does seem well made, nothing about it seems cheap. 5 minutes to remove the old faucet and install this one. Better water pressure than my last faucet too.

Purchased this faucet when remodeling our bathroom and the faucet looked and worked great. After using for almost two years, the plunger stopper jammed & malfunctioned. I reached out to provider of the faucet to see if I could purchase a replacement plunger and they immediately jumped in to help me resolve my issue and shipped me a replacement part. All works great again and I’d definitely recommend this company when I’m in the market for their products. Job well done and nice to see a firm that recognizes what real customer service means!!

Very easy to install, installed in an hour and i am not a Plummer

We installed this last year in our motorhome. Worked fine until this spring (not quite 6 months) when it started dripping from the faucet. We didn't do much about that initially as we were on a trip and it was a slow drip. Then when the husband went to work on it, he found it was leaking from inside the faucet where you cannot access. We had a pretty good leak that was not detected under our flooring/cabinet. We removed it and found that it's impossible to attempt a repair or to even see where the leak is actually coming from. I contacted the company and asked for the schematics so we can see if we can repair it. I continue to get "auto" replies that do not deliver what I'm asking for and clearly a person is not answering my questions. We will throw this away now and purchase a name brand.
