I was impressed as soon as I took this item out of the Amazon shipping box. I was very surprised to see how it was so professionally packaged. The protective case is very nice as the corners fit snugly around the tablet. The tablet is extremely fast, easy to use and I have been using it for my daily activities. I have a crappy cell phone so I have been using the tablet as a cell phone also, and the speed and reception are amazing. Everything about this item is wonderful including the price and I highly recommend it!!! What I don't like is the bit about contacting customer service to get the free keyboard and mouse. Nowhere does it mention that receiving these items is contingent upon listing a favorable review of the product and then receiving this response: HelloThank you for your support of our products, I am honored to serve you.You give us your information, we give you a replacement mouse and keyboard. I would have given this 4 stars but this tablet has been having issues since the 1st day I received it and turned it on January 4, 2020 and I don’t know how or who to contact to resolve them.The positives are: beautiful screen, great amount of internal space of 32 gb, great RAM of 3 gb, and a wonderful surprise that it is a 9.0 Android. I was so excited but not for long.The 1st issue that everyone needs to know is the date, time, and time zone. It is factory set to China and I had to manually enter the date, time, and time zone and cannot use the network provider. This caused trouble with my apps. And little did I know, this was only the beginning of the issues with this tablet.It will reboot itself and or shut down unexpectedly.Messages pop up saying that an app has stopped working, even though I’m not using that app. Eventually on January 30, 2020 all my apps stopped working. So I was forced to do a factory reset. After which the tablet worked, not correctly, for a few days until February 7. Now it says Google Play Services, Google Play Store, G-mail, UI, and all apps “keeps stopping” and or “has stopped”. It’s constantly rotates through all apps then reboots itself. I can’t open Setting to do another factory reboot. I CANNOT use my tablet.My antivirus says there is a problem with “root” and the manufacturer needs to repair it.Amazon and Duoduogo I need this tablet fixed or replaced, please help!

I guess you get what you pay for. If all you want to do is read kindle or watch you tube then this is fine. Don't try to play games with it. Too slow.

It's a great tablet for the money. Mine is fast, great graphics and battery life.I knocked 2 stars off because1) It has a loud, horrible startup sound that you can't turn off.2) The keyboard and mouse does not seem to be available because the tablet is no longer listed.

I just got my new tablet and so far loving it! I can't give it 5 stars yet, however it was very easy to get everything going, it's easy to use and I am excited to see everything this will do for me. So many options and can't wait to get my pictures in order! I have seen just a few and they look great!

The best tablet I own so far. Everything works just like it supposed to. Very easy to set up. I just typed my g-mail in and the rest is history. It works fine T-mobile. I like it so far and I recommend anyone should try it. I think it's worth it considering it is very cheap.

This tablet is junk it refuses to work with my sim card wich is gsm btw. And also it makes a weird buzzing noise every time you change app or enter a new screen kind of like an old hard drive after hours of arguing with T-Mobile thinking the sim card was the problem low and behold it was just this crappy tablet don't buy it spend the extra cash and get a good one this was a huge waste of my time

Ordered on Monday, received on Thursday. Took my sim out of my old cell and installed along with a 64gb SD I've been saving for such an occasion and it recognized both. Made several calls, downloaded all my apps, even coñnects to WiFi without a hitch. The only thing I haven't checked is my Bluetooth headset, but I will soon. Can't put it down! It's perfect for an old geek.
