It was great for the 30 days that it lasted. This was my second or third charger from a different brand. I’m starting to think the technology just isn’t where it needs to be for this to work. Maybe they’ll be more durable in 2-5 years.

Charging cases are tough, i really like the look and feel of this one, but I can tell you, I have ordered 3 of these in 2 years. They basically last about 5-7 months before they either, stop charging entirely, or stop charging your phone. When you constantly have to unseat and reseat your phone to get the case to charge the phone again, should be the first sign you need a new one. Totally forgot what the warranty was on these but there's no way it's over a year. I'm currently looking for a new one because at $30 a pop, these are decent but again do not last. They do however, protect your phone very well and are durable.

Update to previous post (about a couple months ago). Battery life now goes from 100% to 50% in a 24 hour period with heavy usage. I am still convinced that this was the right replacement battery to buy.Great battery! After reading so many reviews from disappointed customers that purchased other brands of replacement Lg V20 batteries, I tried this one, and it was the right decision. The battery fit perfectly in the phone, the phone cover plate snapped into place (like it should), and the phone has given me reliable use for 2 to 3 days in between charges (even in “spotty coverage” areas, and using map apps). My phone took 2 hours to “fast charge” from 20% to 100%, but the phone lasted 2 to 3 days... I recent purchased, then had to return after 5 days, another brand of battery that “fully charged” in about 45 minutes, but then went completely dead within 1 day.

This case had to be replaced once already because the outer edge just didn’t hold up. After hundreds of times taking it in and out of my pocket the case started to chunk apart.

Great battery I love my phone again. My old one lasted 5 hours with my usage. This one I can easily go 16 hours no more looking for a plug in or swapping out batteries in the middle of the day. I can't speak to the battery life because I've only had it a few days, but after the first charge it lasted almost three days! Better than the original battery. It comes with a 12-month warranty so the longevity should be good. I have been using this battery for a week, and it's working and lasting as expected. Definitely a great replacement for my old battery. I recommended!

I had this device for less than a month. It was not abused or damaged it just stopped working all of a sudden. I am very disappointed, I enjoy charger cases I have had a few and this I would call the absolute worst for that reason. DO NOT waste your money.
