I started breaking out on my face around my mouth and jawline in November. It started as minor small pimples then quickly turned into painful cystic acne.I tried EVERYTHING topical to remedy the issue but it continued to get worse. I have been taking this for 7 consecutive days, one in the morning with food and one in the evening with food. My goodness I am so excited to get my face back!!! I have no new break outs and what I have remaining has about 70% reduced in inflammation and size. I can't say how thankful I am to be on the mend!!!!! 7 day!!!, after 2 months of trying everything you can imagine!! I have not had one side effect either and I watch my body very closely! I would recommend this for anyone that has my same issue. I am a 32 year old female and have not had a face break out issue since I was a teen. I cannot vouch for the mood enhancing claim as I am always in a happy mood. =)UPDATE******2 more weeks have passed and I noticed that my nipples began to get sore and I felt a heaviness/cramping feeling like I was about to have my period although it was not due yet. I use Shatavari for hormonal balancing. This herb is called queen of Ayurveda. It can help a woman of any age to have hormones balanced. I noticed a big difference when I doubled my dose from one to 2 and then from 2 to 3 .. it helps me to feel calm… it causes me to experience more sensuality…

This product works!!! I'm very irregular and did not get my period for seven months. I randomly came across this on Amazon and after reading the reviews and researching the ingredient I decided to give this product a try.I took 2 pills with food each day and finished the bottle in a month and my period came back! I was so relieved 🥹 Ladies you only get one body, love it. There were no side effects, no smell or bad taste. I also just went to get blood work done with my PCP in early April 2023 and my labs all came back normal so it's reassuring to know that this does not interfere with any biological processes. I'm so grateful and thankful that found this and will continue to take this for my reproductive health.

Okay, today is my 7th day taking these pills (2 pills morning and 2 pills night ) .No side affects at all, thank goodness! I was worried about getting nausea since I’m usually sensitive to hormonal supplements mainly estrogen or phytoestrogens .Note that I am hoping that shatavari can help with my PCOS symptoms, menstrual related and hormonal, as well as acne. Etc...Prior to taking these pills my face had broken out in acne really bad, I was about to resort to taking accutane for a second round.4 days in, and my skin cleared up about 90%. I am amazed! I also got my menstrual cycle on day 6 of starting the pills. Which happenes to be two weeks early.I’m even considering not starting on accutane anymore. I think these shatavri capsules are all I needed to regulate my hormones and kill off the acne. I’m praying on it! So far so good... I’ll keep you all updated!!15 day update: I love these pills and really feel that they are regulating my hormones. Even my mood has improved, little things that usually agitated me easily, no longer phase me. I feel happy and content throughout the day. My depression and anxiety has calmed. I noticed my breasts slightly sore but today I lowered the dosage from 2 pills twice a day to 2 pills once a day, only because I began taking vitamin a in the mornings to help with acne.Final review : I stopped taking these pills because they made my periods completely come to a stop. I have only had one period since starting these pills and that been in the past 4 months. They also made me feel bloated all the time. Other then that, I feel great, I do not suffer from post party’s anxiety or depression anymore. I really think these pills cured that. I’m still giving it 5 stars !

Purchased because I was told this helps with breastfeeding milk supply. There is a warning on the jar in very fine print that directs you to a website that states it could cause cancer. That was enough for me to change my mind. Unfortunately they do not allow returns so be aware of that as well.
