Great Sushi Knife
I’ve been using this knife for about two years. The ergonomics and quality of the steel are great. It’s been sharpened a few times and takes a razor sharp edge. The edge also holds up really well after repetitive use.This is a great sushi knife for not a lot of cash. Definitely a bargain and I recommend it be some big box store branded knives.
