It's too early to know for sure or if it's a placebo but it does seem like it does do something. Seems like my stomach calms down from bloating faster and it digests easily.

My daughter recommended these highly so I gave it a try. She claimed they cured some irritable bowel symptoms for her. They are good but I can't say any better than other probiotics I have taken in the past. I will update this review if I notice any significant improvements in my digestive health.
