Still Going Strong After 2 Years
Two years and still working, with no rust at all! My only complaint is that it’s a bit slow to heat up, but it’s very durable and reliable.

Made with components that rust.
So I purchased this in April 2024, it is now May 1, 2025. I used this kettle every day and it works great. The function is wonderful. It’s easy to clean. It looks pretty. The reason I rate this three stars is the lid has a screw in it that has rusted out, and the lid broke due to the rust. Why on earth would you use something that can rust in an object that is meant to have hot steamy water. You would never get away with this in a coffee maker so why is it like this in a kettle for water? I mostly just annoyed. I have to buy another tea kettle. I don’t drink coffee. I drink tea every day sometimes twice a day. So you can expect a good 400 uses out of this item before you have to deal with rust.
