Plasticolor 001409R01 'Civic' Floor Mat

Being someone who lives in the country, and someone who gets in and out of their car a lot, I began to destroy the carpet in my car. This is when I decided to look into new mats for my Honda Civic. I tried many different carpet mats and I just destroyed those too. This is when I decided to buy these Plasticolor Honda Civic floor mats, and I can say that these mat are the best ones I have tried yet.Fit: For being universal Honda mats, these fit my 1998 Honda Civic perfectly, there was no need for cutting of anything on these mats, just drop in and go. Another thing I really liked about the fit of these mats are that, unlike other mats these ones actually cover the whole carpet on the floor of my car.Ease of cleaning: When these mats get dirty, which they do where I live, it is as simple as taking the mats out and clean them with water and a brush. The really nice part about these mats is they really do clean up to look like the day I purchased them, that is one thing that I really love about them. The only thing I would say that I do not necessarily like about the cleaning of these mats is the white civic logo is getting harder and harder to keep a nice bright white.Durability: Even though I would say these mats are thinner than some of the other ones I have used, I would say these mats by plasticolor are twice as durable compared to other mats. I beat the crap out of these mats and unlike the other mats I have had that tear, or rip, these mats have held up amazingly. They have no tears or rips in them. I would say that the durability of these mats is one of their best qualities.Ability to stay in place: Unlike some mats that slide around on the floor and could potentially end up getting suck under your gas pedal, these mats from plasticolor have grips on the bottom of them. These grips are like grips on the bottom of some shoes, they do not let the mats move around at all. This is another greatly quality of these mats because I know that I do not have to keep moving the mats back to where I want them and I do not have to worry about them getting stuck under the pedals at all.Ability to contain material: The one thing that I would say that is not the best about these mats is their ability to contain material such as water, food, or debris in general. These mats to not have raised edges such as the weathertech floor mats, so they do allow some material to fall off the side. Thus resulting in spilled material on the carpet of your vehicle. For the price of the mats I can overlook that one little negative aspect of the mats.Overall these mats are great products, for the price of them these are the best mats I have ever owned. I would recommend these mats to anymore that needed mats for a Honda car.

These floor mats are great and fit my 2003 Honda Civic perfectly. I know that some people like to trim them to fit, but it depends on the car's make and model to see if it is needed. The floor mats cover so much of the floor and sides that I feel my interior is better protected. They are really easy to clean, either a damp cloth or hose will do. The thickness of the mat is good and feels like it will stand the test of time. It is definitely thicker and of better quality than the ones you find in the stores. These mats are holding up well during the winter as well as the summer months. I'm really impressed and loving these floor mats.

Looks Great! The driver side mat is a little off, size wise. It doesn't line up perfect to the gas peddle and the foot rest. I drive an 06 Civic EX.It does have space to cut out the are for the trunk/gas cap levers. Also comes with a little tool to cut out the hole to use with the floor hooks, which was nice of them to include since like I said the mat size is a little off. Not a deal breaker though. If you cut the two holes and use the floor hooks to keep the mat from sliding under the gas peddle. The passenger side fits great, just wish it was a tiny bit longer.

Looks really nice and it fits almost perfect just a little tight on the driver side, but we were able to make it work.

thick mats, lays flat. Fit my 2002 civic 2 door great. I did have to cut a little section off the left side driver mat to fit around the gas/trunk release. Easy to cut, just follow the guidelines and it fit perfectly.

I had to trim a bit on the driver side. It is not an exact fit, but still fits pretty good and makes clean ups MUCH EASIER. It catches little debris, dirt, mud, and all sorts of liquid. Stylish for my HONDA CIVIC COUPE EX 2012. It does have that new rubber factory smell. give it about a week, and the smell will go away. Compared to the other car floor mats that are hundreds of dollars, this one does its job, looks good, and for 30 bucks?! I love it! Recommend!!

I have a Honda 2012 civic coupe, and these fit ok. The passenger side fit perfectly, but the drivers side didn't fit perfectly. The top left part of the mat doesn't fit perfectly, but it's still a decent fit (the angled foot rest in the car pushes into the mat). I don't know if it was something I did, or if it was the mat, but the white "civic" part on the drivers side turned an orange rust color within a week. During this week there was just regular wear and tear (shoes on it), but it seems to have happened after i trekked some mud in. Again, only one or two other customers have mentioned the "yellowing," and mine is orange so I don't know if it's even the same thing happening. Doesn't wash out with soap or magic eraser. The fit is still so favorable, so I'll have to spray paint it black or white this weekend...UPDATE: Left the passenger side with some dirt on it.... been about a month or so, and it too has turned orange. Not sure what it is, or maybe it's just my batch as I noticed some other reviewers mentioning the orange color as well. Still great fit though. The dirt really covers up the orange.... lol.... so there's that....

These are fantastic mats. In the description it said we might have to cut them to fit and some of the comments were they wished they didn't have to do that as they didn't find it easy. Quite the contrary! They were so easy to cut and the device that comes with it to punch holes for the hooks to hold it in place was so easy to use. By cutting to fit, it was just around the buttons to open the trunk and gas tank cover. It is well marked where to cut! I highly recommend these car floor mats.
