Actual dance instructor and real cardio workout
Quickly becoming one of my fav new instructors. I love instructors with dance back grounds and it’s flows through all 4 of the tapes in this series. All are great cardio workouts!!! Don’t sugget for new exercisers to choreography or aerobics routines because she is very fast paced but if want a dancer’s burn workout these 4 tapes are for you!!!

It's almost like doing burpees at crack speed
I thought this was harder than ATS #1 because you're dropping down to touch the floor for some of the moves and it's fast! It's almost like doing burpees at crack speed. However, even with modifications on my end, I still got a great workout.
