First one sent me as broken, but they replaced it with a new one. Works fine now!

This is our 2nd collar and we are sending it back. The first one, the clip that holds the strap in place broke after a week and the seller replaced. It took a week and a half for the clip to break on the 2nd one so we are returning for a refund. Very cheap plastic.

this really works with my pulling greyhound.

When I first bought it, I took it out of the package and it came with a small 4 page manual for the collar. The manual didn’t really help me and it was very confusing at first how to put it on, I YouTubed a video and then it was fine. The collar when on worked great, I have a 60lb lab mix. Pulling was nonexistent and my dog was a pretty rough puller beforehand so it was like a night and day difference. Although at one point she was able to maneuver some of the collar in her mouth and began chewing through it. She was only chewing for a moment before I unclipped the collar to fix it and she got through a decent bit of the collar, so i bought a new heavy duty one.

Works as intended. However, it is not very durable. The clamp for the nose loop has already broken and now it slides out of place. It is easy to fit and adjustable but if your dogs is a heavy puller, I would not recommend.

I bought this from a recommendation from a dog trainer friend to help with the leash pulling issues we were having with our 18m old great Pyrenees. She's too big to pull a hard a she did with a traditional harness or collar.This took about a week of practice wearing near us in the house to give rewards and praise when she left it alone and gentle scolding when she tried to remove it herself. After about a week, we took her for a short walk (harness on with 2nd leash as a precaution). Omg. It was like walking a different dog. Our hope is to teach her to walk nicely on this then transition back to the harness only. Time will tell if that plan will work. But we do love this gentle lead

I use the medium gentle leader for my Texas Heeler (40-lb cattle dog). I have a different leader from a national pet store that is used for my 80-lb pit-lab mix. The other leader I have always stays clipped, even if the dogs see a rabbit they want to chase after. The clip on this product will not stay closed.Customer service for the company was great, they sent me a new leader when I reported the first one defective. The second leader worked well enough for a little over a month, but the clip is no longer holding on it, so if my dog pulls hard enough the clip comes unfastened. This unfortunately makes the whole thing useless. I'll likely go pick up another leader from the pet store to be sure the clip will hold.

I bought this head halter because a lot of brands don't sell a small enough size for my miniature poodle. This product was perfect! It's super adjustable, has additional fabric on the noseband for comfort, and it works exactly as described. It really made walking my dog into an enjoyable experience where I am not longer hauled around.
