Q: Does this come with shading cartridges as well ?

mine only came w a box of 10 needles i wish it came w shading

Q: Do you sterilize this machine in an autoclave? Or can you buy disposable grips for it?

NO don’t put it in the autoclave until you get the ok from the manufacturer. In the dental office we use:similar power rotary instruments and they DO NOT go in the autoclave ( the water and heat can cause rust and damage components inside the pen, I ASSUME!

Q: Can i put any kind of cartage on this pin if i buy it i want to make shoure i get the right cartridges ???
