It is a great bag, big enough to carry two orders at the same time, not more than 2 though, high quality materials, easy to open and close keeps the temps warm or cold. BUT you cannot use comfortably if you ride a bike or more specifically it does not the two shoulder straps to carry like a backpack, it comes with only one shoulder strap, if you're riding a bike/scooter with storage or a driving a car it would be fine though.

This bag is not only made to a very high level of build quality its also the perfect size (40 x 40 x 35). And it keeps food very hot even on longer journeys.

The bag is very spacious, easy to carry. Keeps the food warm. Very good quality bag

Didn’t love the Velcro attachments. I feel there could be different settings to it and attachments.

I've only used it once. However, I was so pleased I could get all I needed into the bag.

Once the stitched insulation sheet tears its game over. Question is, either I've been working extra hard delivering in the 1 month I've used this, or this thing tears easily, you guys come up with your own conclusion.
