Ridgid 18-Volt Lithium-Ion Dual Port Sequential Charger Kit with (2) 4.0 Ah Batteries and (2) 2.0 Ah Batteries

Accidentally got sent a different order that only had one of each batteries and contacted the seller. They responded within hours on a Sunday and was able to send the missing two batteries. Everything works great and had great customer service!

The product is great and works perfectly, however the seller is not authorized sales, so ridgid will not honor the warranty. I knew this before my purchase, and did not care. Others may find this a dealbreaker.

It is as advertised, good value as well.

I've been wanting it for a while and specifically because I wanted this (older) style hyper battery because of the rubberized bottoms. The kit came with the newer style standard lithium batteries, not the hyper or max output batteries. Also came with 1.5 amp batteries instead of the 2.0 amp batteries as described. They all still work fine but disappointed in the fact that I paid a lot for the kit to not get what was described or pictured. The charger was the only item correct on the order and I do love the setup and versatility of the dual charger, which is not simultaneous by the way. Out will all only charge one battery at a time but will automatically jump to the next one and then go into maintenance modes for each after charging is competed. It does charge very rapidly though even the large 4.0 amp batteries so all in all is still a great value. Just wish I would've got what I paid for which is what was listed. I didn't have time to wait for a return and replacement so I just kept it but the seller should revise the description to reflect the actual products being sent or state that you may get similar styled batteries and may not get exactly what's pictured. The style isn't to big a deal but for me the main issue was I prefer the durability of the rubberized bottom hyper lithium batteries but more so the fact that I received 1.5 amp batteries when I should've received 2.0 amp batteries. I did also receive the 2 4.0 amp batteries but again, in just the new standard style. Hope this helps as you may not get what your expecting to receive when buying this.

I was unable to register the product along with all of my other Ridgid tools. Once I found out that Ridgid would not honor the warranty I started reading the other reviews (my bad, should have read them earlier. I may still have bought it.

These batteries do not stay charged and fall out of the tools. Not made for the Ridgid model numbers as listed in the ad. Was only given a 30 day return window. Purchased $356 in batteries and by the time we figured out they were defective, approximately 35 days after purchase, it was 5 days too late and now we are stuck. No batteries and out $356.
