I do not take my cooking lightly. When I saw the Emeril Power 360 infomercial, I was very curious about his all-in-one cooker. I finally gave in to the hype and bought one last week via Amazon. Item arrived flawless w/o a single scratch, etc., is nice to look at (beautiful shiny stainless-steel), well packaged, all of the accessories (i.e. trays, pans, cookbook, etc.) were included and purchased at a very good price. Initially when buying something new, I scrutinize with a fine tooth comb so I can return if not 100% satisfied with my purchase within the return period. With this unit, I could not find anything "not to like". Yesterday, while using one of Emeril's recipes for rotisserie chicken (included in the recipe book that comes with cooker), I followed directions (350 degrees / 55 minutes), and rustic rub recipe to the letter. What I ended up with was one of the best, most flavorful, mouth-watering, juiciest and most tender chickens I have ever prepared. I have cooked hundreds of chickens in my Showtime (still a good machine after 20 years), but they do not compare to the chicken and overall food quality this machine produces. May have something to do with having a pair of heating elements at the top of the cook chamber and a pair at the bottom of the chamber resulting in cooking hotter and faster with a juicy and more succulent chicken as the result. I also air-fried some chicken wings on the day I got my Power 360 and they turned out crispy, juicy and very tasty sans all the grease one would normally get if deep frying. Some reviewers claim wings do not get crispy, total bull! Hint: always use wings that have been patted dry and misted with a spray cooking oil (i.e. olive oil), do not overload cooking pan (I cooked 12 flat portions w/o issue) and use the crisper pan and NOT the roasting pan as many are seen doing on their videos. The mesh crisper pan allows hot air to hit the wings from all sides. In addition, I fooled around with the dehydrating function with some bananas and they came out like banana chips and tasted like banana candy. They were awesome! Have not used the other 9 food functions yet but based on the three I have used, would highly recommend this machine to anyone serious about producing top quality food that is both healthier and tastier than what would normally be produced via other means. There are many air fryers out there, but this one does much more than simply air frying. It does air frying, broils, bakes, dehydrates, warms up meals, does rotisserie chicken, etc.)... that's why it called the 360!!!! Enjoy...

I gotta say, I'm not in the business of buying the Celeb endorsed ASOTV regularly, as most of it is really crap. THIS, on the other hand, has proven to be quite amazing. It's the perfect size and the combination of features is well thought out. Everything I have tried in this has come out perfect. I use it more than the oven on my range now, as it takes far less time to preheat and pumps far less heat into the kitchen as a result. Love the rotisserie function.I did deduct one star for the LCD screen. It's got a strange viewing angle. You CANNOT place this on a shelf or high place above eye level or you will not be able to read the screen at all. Its viewing angle is such that it is clearest to view at 5-45 degrees BELOW eye level. This could be improved upon.

I bot my Emeril Lagasse Power Air Fryer Oven 360 four (4) years ago. I can honestly say that it is the most valuable appliance I own. I cannot imagine doing without it now. I rarely have a reason to use the big oven in my stove. It does everything that is claimed it does. If I have the misfortune of it not working anymore one day, I would immediately reorder a replacement (same model) because I cannot imagine doing without this amazing air fryer oven.UPDATE:SEP. 19, 2024Emeril Lagasse Customer Service is NONEXISTANT! I have made numerous attempts to purchase a replacement drip tray. It is not available on Amazon or on the web and Emeril Lagasse customer service does not respond to email or phone inquiry.

I loved my Emeril Lagassie so much, I bought one for my Mother. This appliance gets used more than anything else in my kitchen. It bakes (faster than my full-size oven), it reheats, it keeps foods warm, it toasts. I've only tried the dehydrate option once. It wasn't great, but I think I need to give it a second chance. I made a turkey breast with the rotisserie feature. It was amazing--so moist and full of flavor.I have seen negative reviews about keeping it clean. I agree. It's a challenge. If it gets dirty past the stage of a wipedown, I've found that using a baking soda paste works quite well.I'd buy another one in a heartbeat.

We've had the power aifryer for years and we decided it was time for a new one. We use it almost daily. So the design of this one appealed to me (having a toaster oven model vs the basket model). I turned it on to burn off that smell others have complained about and it was really noisy and got really hot. So I didn't even attempt to cook with it and plan to return it for a different model. Way too noisy for something we use so frequently. Might stick with what we know we like (even if the basket isn't my favorite design).

We are big fans of Emeril Lagasse's products and were not disappointed in the oven and all its features.I hate to buy gadgets that turn out to be hard to use. I love this for older people too because the waythey set up the screen anyone can really figure out how to prepare whatever they desire to.I personally have a wide variety of kitchen appliances but when you find an appliance that does several things you are happy to let a appliance that only does one thing go especially when that product does what it claims very very well.
