I've been using wood planks for grilling for a few years now. I started with the typical ones that you can get in stores, as most people probably do. Eventually I started looking online for better quality planks. I really wanted to get good results, so I came up with a test that I do with any new planks I buy. These planks are the first ones that passed on every point. I'll certainly admit that my test is not conclusive for everyone, but I was very happy with the results I got for my Costco-sized pieces of salmon. It cooked perfectly and the flavor was evenly imparted throughout the fillet -- my guests loved it! I consider these to be premium planks, definitely worth the money, and made in USA too, so I can trust that the quality will be consistent. I'll be buying these again soon.

I'd love to take all the credit for last night's amazing supper but - this cedar plank was definitely the reason. Soaked it for a couple hours, placed a fresh sockeye salmon fillet on it, drizzled a little lemon infused olive oil on it and then sprinkled a seafood rub all over. My husband grilled it on a high temp for about 12 minutes. I'll have to make sure to always have these planks on hand. Easy to make, easy to clean up.

These cedar planks are fabulous! Imparted a great flavor to salmon, and if soaked properly, can last through more than one grilling. Excellent quality.

These planks are so simple to use, great quality and makes cooking salmon a whole lot better! I've never used planks and part of the reason was, I thought it would be difficult. My grill was out of gas so I used it in my oven and the aroma was heavenly! Our salmon tasted so fragrant and clean, it was nice to make restaurant quality meals with so little effort. I will say, I didn't char my planks so I was able to get a couple uses out of each and our seafood still had just as much flavor as the first time. These planks also offer a healthier alternative to seasoning your food because I didn't need to add much, just lemon and a little dill and it was fantastic! I will definitely buy these again.

These are premium grade grilling planks. They exceeded my expectations. It's simply a great way to cook food on the grill. Highly recommend them.
