This does not work on a Dell. I've tried 2 different BatPower devices and it's completely frustrating because neither worked. I'm fairly tech savvy but find the directions/manual frustrating. The PDE3 did not even come with the right manual so figuring it out is a bit of a guessing game. My battery failed to charge despite my computer reading that it was "plugged in" and charging. I'm done with BatPower and will simply find a Dell device that works and forego being frustrating trying to understand poorly written English manuals with sub standard devices.

Great product!
Exactly what I needed and was looking for. Powerful enough to recharge all my toys a few times over. Great around the house so you don’t always need to cozy up to an outlet or run a cord you can trip over. Wonderful to travel with since it can be used anywhere, anytime and you only need to bring one or two connection cords and no longer need to bring chargers for your phone, tablet, computer, etc. This charger and battery will do it all!When the unit arrived it had a faulty charger but customer service quickly sent me a new one and all was well.Highly recommend this battery. Great product.
