Loved the primitive bird and the size of this lamp

Beautiful addition to my Spring decor. Though small it gives good light for reading.

This is a cute little lamp but the shade (while good quality) is the wrong proportions. It’s only an inch or so above the bird’s head, and so low that the top of the lightbulb shows. It would be ideal if on a shelf at eye level, but a bit awkward for a side table. I will do as others suggested and get a different shade (and possibly smaller lightbulb).

Looks great in my living room and I get a lot of compliments on it.

Super cute lamp, a great buy. No assembly other then putting on the shade, good weight (cat won’t knock it over) and well packaged. I switched out the burlap shade to a off-white linen but will hang on to original for future use, it’s a good one.

Did not see cheapness or shoddiness some other reported. Well made shade. Charming little lamp...perfect for my little home office that has a bird theme.
