Its a shame!! and Very disappointed!!
When the gift's importance is the engraving on the top of it, someone should carefully see whether the engraving matches what the customer has asked for. This item is so cute. I ordered so my son can gift his mom for her birthday. Although I carefully selected "boy" engraving. They sent me twice (yes, I immediately asked for replacement. And the second one is exactly the same as first one in spite of my clear comment). That is pure recklessness. I have printed the return labels for both. They have successfully managed to ruin the occasion with his nonsense.

Beautiful Compact!
When I received this from Amazon, I was blown away by the really pretty presentation of the box and how gorgeous the mirror and compact was. I don't know what I expected but the quality is very nice and I hope that she won't be afraid to use it and carry it with her. This is for a dear friend and when I saw it I thought of her right away. Love the saying on the front and of course it's useful and I love useful pretty gifts for people! Can't go wrong with a gift like this for a special friend!

Very nice.
This is a lovely, well-made compact mirror. I got it because of the inspirational verse on the outside as a gift for my niece who is going abroad to study for several months. I had it engraved with her name when it arrived (I wish that was an option with this company - as it would be nice to have it in the same font/look as what is already there) to personalize it. I haven't gifted it yet to her, but I really like it myself.

Wrong compact was delivered
The mirror itself is absolutely beautiful. But I ordered a mother of the bride compact and was given a mother of the groom compact. I didn’t realize it until the day of my wedding when I went to give it to my mother. Such a bummer. I’m going to try and return it and mail my mom the correct one.

Handy and very useful
The mirror is very handy, it fits in my palm. One side is regular mirror, the other side is magnifying mirror, both works great for lipstick application plus more. It opens and closes smoothly. I carry it in my purse everyday. It's small enough to fit in a purse of any size.

Not happy
I'm not a happy camper. Received product, surface is scratched and marred with spots. I don't know if it is used, or just poor quality control. Contacting seller, will update my review, if seller takes action to make this right.
