Free At Last
I've been on antidepressants for years following a baby. I felt like I didn't know who I was and my energy was always depleted. This is week 3. Along with other multivitamins (Nutra Metrix) I am happy to say that I am OFF antidepressants and I have the kind of energy that I havent seen since my early 20's. I'm finally free!!!

Wish I found these sooner
Very cheap compared to grocery store. I paid $12 for 30 pills at a grocery store and these are basically the same price but for 120. Super easy to take, no taste. I take mine after breakfast and never have stomach issues.Anecdotally, I used to live in Massachusetts and now Seattle which both have winters where there is no sun and lots of precipitation and I tend to get depressed and loose motivation. I started taking 5HTP in combination with getting more sleep and have noticed an overall uplift in my mood and productiveness after about a month. Probably isn’t for everyone but I’m happy with results.

Great stress relief and helps you wind down for sleep!!
I love this supplement! I read that 5-htp could help your body produce seratonin and improve mood, so I had to try it. I use to take over the counter sleeping pills, so I was able to see the effects and it really worked. But when it was time to buy more, I found this brand and I'm glad I did. It is awesome! It's completely free of allergens and gluten free. They also sent me great helpful instructions on how to take it and what to expect. Also, one tremendous advantage of this brand is that it includes vitamin B6, which helps even further with mood, stress relief, and healthy brain and immune function. This is a wonderful product and I highly recommend it to anyone. I will be repurchasing again!

Zenwise 5-HTP
The 5-HTP took nearly 6 weeks to become effective & the gaba did nothing. I tried others but this one works. The B6, I think is a key ingredient. This my 6th order so I have really tested this product. I will continue with the Zenwise 5-HTP as long as it works. Thanks

Quite pleased becomes VERY happy
Although I have only been taking this a few weeks, I do feel a positive impact since adding this supplement in my daily routine.At this time, I take only one capsule daily as directed- in the evening with a meal, with no negative effects. I hope I may be able to sustain this small dosage for some time, but up to two capsules a day may be consumed safely should someone feel they need a bigger boost.Like any medicine, diet or exercise, not everything works the same way with the same results for everyone, but I would definitely recommend trying this out if you are in need of a mood or stress support supplement.Second order placed- same fast delivery and still loving the product. Genuinely can't say enough about the positive effect *I* feel from taking this each day. As mentioned above in my original post, I am taking only one capsule a day and am still at this dose. Couldn't be more pleased.I hope anyone who gives it a try has the same results.

A dream come true.
I have always been on medical prescribed medications for my depression, lack of sleep, and all the things that are attached with depression I was a little thrown off at the idea of taking a natural anti-depressant, but it described helping with all of the problems I currently have: Sleep, mood, energy, and weight. It honestly seems too good to be true. Well it is true my Dr. has slowly been cutting back on my medications since I am to quit the cold turkey. I sincerely hope this continues with the great results I have been getting. I highly recommend this product.

I took this supplement for well over a month.... at bedtime as suggested and noticed absolutely nothing.

I cannot honestly say that this has done anything for me. I am buying it for stress/depression help. I have read internet reviews that 5-HTP is supposed to be good for that. This is actually my 3rd order, but I haven't taken them consistently in order to know. I am going to make a good attempt to continue them for several months this time and I will update my review.
