It has great cheese flavor, I’ve used in baked mac and cheese and on broccoli as a side dish. The value for the money, I’m kind of on the fence I mean it is powdered cheese so it’s processed dry foods with artificial color and flavor. The storage capacity is large but the jar was not filled so it’s deceiving. Not sure why the manufacturer didn’t just put it in a smaller container…. The smell of it is good it doesn’t smell like chemicals or additives, the flavor is great, the salt content is not too bad. I’m going to finish this container and try and different brand to compare but according to the reviews the flavor is not the issue it’s more of the container being deceptive. So keep that in mind.

I initially used a small amount after reading other peoples reviews which was just ok. Then I made a medium size portion and added a 1/4 by 1.5" chopped up cheddar cheese and it was Great. I used 1 large table spoon in it with the sharp cheddar and it was really, really, good. Better than Kraft!

The side says to use 1/3 cup of mix per serving of mac and cheese, but the nutrition facts list a serving as just 1 tablespoon (30 calories). In my experience, 1 tablespoon is all you really need! It still comes out super cheesy and flavorful. I use Fairlife milk and light margarine, and my kids actually prefer it over Kraft now. It’s way more affordable in the long run—just grab a 2lb box of plain macaroni. I’ll be trying the uncolored version next time!

This is very tasty when you sprinkle it on top of popcorn. Or steamed veggies. No extra salt needed.

I really wanted to like this but you have to add so much to get any flavor it’s not worth it by the time your done. It does have good flavor and I do like that there is no artificial colors or dyes.? Just can’t see paying so much for the amount you have to use.

Okay. So now I know the reason for 15,000 positive reviews. If you're just discovering this product, WELCOME!! It is as good as you've been reading. Cheese flavor is insane while staying true to that, buttery creamy goodness. Just buy it, already!! Pro tip: Ronzoni Rotelle #124 is the PERFECT pasta for this!! Lots of surface area and nice little ledges for your creamy, cheesy goodness to call home:)

Tastes great! Make it just like kraft mac and you're set. Add more if you want, no one's stopping you.
