I used this for about a week. Heated 3 minutes a side in the microwave each time. It started to discolor (bleach?) the fabric in different places. Had to heat it that long just to get it warm enough to be effective. The flax smells a bit weird but I haven't had a flax one before so I don't know if that's normal. Today I put it in the microwave for five minutes and the flax melted through the fabric (see pictures). It was still cool enough I could pick it up with my hands in most places despite this.tl:dr, unless you like tepid bags of smelly stuff this probably isn't for you. especially for the crazy price of $30

I ordered the XL neck wrap as I suffer from a herniated disc and pinched nerve at the C4 - C5 level in my neck. This wrap is easy to use and I like the fact that heating it creates a little moisture as I also add a moist towel under it which helps to penetrate muscles in my neck and shoulder more. I've only had it a few days and now my daughter wants one. She suffers from sciatica so we've been trying to rotate use of this one. Her heat pad is just heat so I'll probably get her the one for her back to keep from having to search for her to find mine 😄. It's soft with the mild scent of peppermint which I didn't realize until my daughter mentioned the scent. Although I wish it had a little more weight and could stay hot a bit longer, overall it helps ease my pain and muscle stiffness in my neck and shoulders at once which is a plus.

I've been looking for a heated neck wrap for a few years. I had my eye on the kind filled with gel that you heat up, but I was hesitant because of the possibility of leakage. I decided to give this one a shot even though one of the reviews described it as heavy. I absolutely love it! It's easy to use and relieves the tightness and tension in my neck at night with no problems. It's exactly what I needed. It does have some weight to it, but I would not even consider it heavy, even on my small frame.

This is a well-made and well-designed pad. The filling is packed nicely, the sewing is good, and there is no smell. The only problem I have with this pad is that it is not 34" as advertised. As shown in the photos, mine measures 30". Besides the fact that it's too short, I wish it was even longer than 34". The most important part to me is the width at the neck. It is nice and wide and is 7" as advertised.

This is my favorite neck wrap/warmer by far. The XL version wraps around my neck easily, the wrap is nice and heavy and stays in place easily, and it retains heat long enough to really relax my neck and upper back. It doesn't have much smell/scent, but that's fine; I prefer low-to-no smell packs and wraps for hot/cold therapy. Highly recommended!

This neck wrap is easy to use and very comfortable. It's very well made and densely packed. The elastic strap allows you to tuck one end into the other, so that you can wear the wrap hands-free. The most important thing to know is that the manufacturer is honest and responsive. I had an issue and contacted them and they could not have been more helpful. They stand behind their products.

I bought this to use around my neck and the weight is just perfect. I really like the fact that I can microwave it to my own perfect heat temperature. It is very well made in the USA and sturdy. I recommend you purchase the XL size because it's not too big and it wraps around my neck nicely without being to snug.

I got the longer version of the neck wrap and I'm glad I did. I don't think the regular one would have wrapped around my neck with enough overlap. It warms nicely in the microwave and smells really good. Material is nice and soft. I wish the cover could be removed for washing but it cleans up easily with wet cloth and spot cleaning.
