Perfect Fit and Well Packaged!!! Recommend!!! A++
I recently acquired this radiator to replace the leaking OEM radiator in my 2006 Tundra with 220,000 miles on it. The packaging was impeccable, despite some prior concerns expressed in reviews. It appears that any previous issues with the packaging have been addressed satisfactorily. The radiator fit perfectly and was installed by my mechanic without any issues. The quality seems to be consistent with OEM standards, and I am optimistic that it will endure for another 220,000 miles. I highly recommend this product to others seeking a similar solution.

WILL ONLY FIT 2006 EXTENDED CAB WITH SOME HOOD MODIFICATION
I've seen others say this will fit a first-gen Tundra, and it does--BUT you have to notch the inside of the hood to clear the radiator cap, and the other end of the top tank as well. Not a big deal if you are good with some tin snips. This is because the the double cab pickup is based on the Sequoia, and the extended cab is a smaller vehicle. Otherwise, excellent. Quality looks good. The comments about poor packaging are correct. One of my trans cooler nipples was bent. I called Denso in CA, and they told me they are aware of the bad packaging, but at their level, they can't do anything about it. The guy at Denso sent me a new nipple at no charge, even though this was purchased through a 3rd party (Amazon).

Excellent product, saved a lot of money!
This radiator arrived in good shape. It was a perfect fit and performs great. I cannot speak to longevity, but I am VERY pleased.I took the radiator out with the shroud attached, thanks to the ingenious engineering that Toyota created, allowing you to release the bottom half of the shroud. This allows you to take the radiator out, by pulling it straight up.Then you can take the original mounting hardware off of the original radiator, which includes the shroud, attach it to the new radiator, and just slide it back in.The radiator came with mounting brackets. But they were not necessary, and easy to replace with the original equipment, which I would highly recommend doing. Thanks for a great price and a great product.

Part met my expectations
Shipper did a great job getting the part to me when they said they would. The part’s condition was similar to what others have experienced - the transmission cooler male connections were bent. It seems like such an easy problem for the shipper or manufacturer to fix by putting styrofoam or cardboard blocks over it.I did not experience the other things people found. The radiator came with all the pieces, went in easy and all the mounting holes lined up.

Perfect fit!
I bought this to replace the leaking radiator in my 2001 Toyota Sequoia. It was a perfect fit. Every port, fitting, and mounting bracket was an exact match to the original 21 year old radiator that came out of the SUV. The packaging was good enough to keep the radiator from damage in shipping. I was missing one of the threaded clips for the fan shroud mounting bolts, but it ended up not being a problem for me because one of the fan shroud mounting bolts had lost its head sometime over the last two decades and I couldn't fasten the shroud at that location anyway. The actual removal of the old radiator and reinstallation of the new radiator was a breeze. The hardest part was taking out the two lower radiator mounting bolts. Other than that, it was an easy-peasy afternoon job that immediately fixed my coolant loss issue. If anything changes with the performance of this new radiator, I will update my review.

Fittings were bent, holes did not line-up.
update #1 1-6-24 The new replacement radiator appears to be in good shape overall. The radiator to frame mounting holes had three issues. The original bolts were too short to reach the new spring nuts (the original radiator in our 2001 Sequoia had the nuts welded to the radiator) so I had to buy longer bolts. Three of the mounting holes in the radiator matched the mounting holes in the frame, but one was off by about 3/16 and I could'nt get the bottom passenger side spring nut to line up so I had to use a nut and bolt for the fourth hole and make up a special tool to get the nut started. See pic. The original had a foam strip taped to the top front of the radiator where it hits the frame to prevent air from the AC radiator being pushed out at the top, instead of following thru to the engine radiator. I tried to remove the foam and re use it, but it was hopeless. I bought a Frost King 2x2x36 piece of foam normally used to seal the crack at the top of a window air conditioner. Hopefully this won't melt or catch fire. The new radiator should of had this foam installed at the factory and they should have included the four longer mounting bolts. Doing it by myself, I could'nt get the old radiator out with the shroud attached, even after removing the clips and the bottom half of the shroud. After removing the entire shroud, the radiator came out easily. Could have saved an hour if I did that first !Original feedback -Received damaged. Fittings for the transmission cooler lines were hopelessly bent. Returned and requested a new radiator. The second one was received in good condition. See pics. Will update after installation and a few hundred miles.

Exact Fit and Great Quality
Fit my Sequoia perfectly. Easy to install, hangers to keep radiator in place and aligned for screws. Good quality material. Save me $100 vs getting it from a local auto parts store.
