I like that I no longer depend on wine daily. I feel much healthier.

No real issue with the product. I was incredibly disappointed with the packaging. When you pack 12 small bottles in miles of bubble wrap, it seems an incredible waste of packaging. Not to mention that one of the bottles was packaged loose. Thankfully they all arrived in one piece. I just hate to see all the wasted packaging.

I like the product but this is the 2nd time out of three times I purchase and another one of my bottles was broken!! I didn’t say nothing the first time but come on now again... The product is not cheap so ATLEAST let me get what I purchased. And the return item says it can’t even be returned or replaced. So I guess I gotta find some one else to get it from.

I was able to try this product for free, otherwise I never would have paid that much for 12 measly liquified pepper packets. While I would like to try other flavors if I could afford it, this flavor ain't it. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, but it was still bad. Weird bad. No health benefits outweigh the bad taste of this for me personally. In terms of improved mind health or whatever, I couldn't stomach enough to actually be able to tell if it was affected. I gave some to a friend though, and they said it seems like it gave them some short bursts of energy, but it may have been a placebo effect.

I have been drinking 1 bottle every morning after my workouts. My initial thoughts to this are that I have seen a little boost of energy and less bloating in a weeks worth of drinking it. The taste of it wasn't the best in the first couple of sips but now I am starting to not mind it as much. Like every other supplement, I'm sure I will feel the full benefits of it after a month's worth of drinking it.

This is a wonderful product. I have used this product for around a month. I had constipation due my medication. I had very slow movements through my intestinal tract and abdominal was sore. Now I have a easier and less painful experience. You will have to figure out the dose that fits your needs. I started with 1 bottle of 2 oz. My Gut after dinner daily then every other day. I usually drink it straight but I have mixed it with my juice. And it totally blended with it. I feel much better ..

Overall, I think this is effective in what it offers, but the taste is hard for me to stomach. I have to literally shoot it like a shot of alcohol. I read some people dilute it, but for me I know I wouldn't have been able to do that. I do think it's an effective product, I did notice some clarity and I take some of the ingredients on their own. Positives are I love the ingredients, that it's all-natural, the presentation, that it's in an amber glass bottle. I do think health-wise it offers benefits, but as I said, the taste leaves something to be desired.
