Disappointed
The dealer lightning deals for to give me 2 alphabets. Inspire of messaging the alphabets very clearly. If even one alphabets goes meaning the whole purpose of having customised foil balloons goes for a waste. Very disappointed ! Packing was good but please do confirm the alphabets again n again with the dealer.

A product of good quality. I ordered 24 custom foil balloons of different colours for ₹625 (you can order upto 25 letters/numbers for this price). Each balloon comes with a straw. Served my purpose effectively. Looking great even after 24 hours. Although one of them got deflated itself in less than 5 minutes but after inflating again it didn't bother, so it might have happened because of my wrong way of inflating it in the first place. It's quality stuff and you can trust it.

Quality is very good. Size is quite big. Just loved it One star less coz there was no long straw to deflate them.

Good product but needs few improvements
No clear instructions on how to inflateFew Baloons had opened up at seam edges so was not possible to inflate it.Few baloons lost firmness after some timeOverall other than these issues...product is acceptable

Best customer support, they value the customer rather money
Only custom letters is moderate quality.. the happy birthday letters are not worthy. Some letters bursted in few minutes. I have reported the seller directly, they said they will check with the warehouse.. will keep you updated if I receive any update from seller.After few days I have received a fresh set of letters from the seller.. they value the customers.

Decent quality
Not very easy to inflate honestly.. also I order for approx 25 words sentence n one alphabet from provided ballon was defective thus only name we managed to decorate.Anyway quality of product is decent.

Some defective letters but Product is Good and does a perfect Job
Three letters were not inflating and we're spoilt and couldn't use , but I got some.extra letters ordered and I was able to match up.Product is Good and does a perfect Job

Poor quality of gold colour letters
Both the letter "Y" 's blew out at same place. The golden coloured HAPPY BIRTHDAY letters provided were such poor quality that burst when blowing air gently. The other coloured letters chosen for name seemed better.Had to search in market for damaged letters at last minute.
