UPDATE:I've had it for 9 months. Use it regularly. Love all the benefits. Still works as new, no issues. The only thing I don't know for sure is its actual EMF emissions, but this is something you can't really know without testing even for the expensive brands.I can't wait to use it again (had to stop due to pregnancy, but it's supposed to help prevent stretch marks after pregnancy, so I will start using regularly again. ) Meanwhile, my husband still uses it regularly for many benefits on any body area from head to toes..======================I did lots of research on Red Lights, and looked up various other more expensive alternatives, like Joove and LTO (Light Therapy Options). Then I found this one on Amazon and realized you're getting so much more value for your money. The panel is a good size, can cover half of your body.I got it for medicinal reasons, as I've had skin / eczema type issue for some time.I started with just a few mins / day every other day to gradually increasing it to 20 mins on the area I want treated. After about a month of 20 mins / every other day, the results are remarkable. Skin is healing very quickly, not 100% healed yet, but probably about halfway there.I also use it for full body, only 10 mins / day 2-3x / week, and notice my mood is improved after using it.The next thing I want to try it for is wrinkles...there's only so much time in the day :)Highly recommend if you're looking for value for your money, it's effective and large enough. I haven't used the door-hanger, I just lay it against the wall on my bathroom counter.

I've been waiting to write a review on this panel to just check to see if I've received any benefits so I can pass it along if so. I have an O2 issue with my levels dropping very low and spike up. I've been watching it for about 2 months now as I have been using light therapy. Well, I can tell you I have fewer dips and higher spikes. My skin is looking really good, although I need more help with that. And I've been sleeping better. All in all, I've already recommended it to a couple of friends who have bought this panel. When something works great and is useful then I really tell the world. There are more expensive lights out there, but this seems to work just as well.

This is a very good therapy light for a descent price.. I have purchased several lights of this brand and this one, has to me, one significant benefit and one drawback comparatively. The advantage that this one has over the others is it comes with a specialized device to go over a door where it can hang the others have less specialized attachments..... Overall this is great light and the only back what time I say does not stop me from using it I just use it differently or I try to prevent the drawback which is in fact that almost all the other sgrow lights are contained in a similar form factor but there is usually a double pane or single pane glass between the consumer and the light on this one specifically though the lights are right on the surface incorporated into the metal structure case the drawback here is that especially for me sometimes I use them in bed and fall asleep and the light might end up touching my body causing slight irritation I wouldn't even call it a blister but red spots that might go away after a day but technically they're like very low low low low grade Burns from the light being too hot that's I just make sure not to be all the way against it but in hindsight if this is the size light you need or or the price you want I would not let that detract you from buying it. It's still way worth it. The benefits of the light are absolutely amazing and science has still yet to figure out all that's true that are achieved from light therapy.

I am 69, trying to stay in good health, and fighting off the usual deterioration that comes with age. Experts say buy a powerful unit, so I bought this. Just about 11 minutes every other day for four weeks now has measurable improvements. First, sleep improved almost immediately. Having worn a sleep tracker for about 5 years now, I have irrefutable documentation, and feel so much more rested. Also, I am a runner, and quite sure my left hip is starting bone on bone. The pain after every run has disappeared. Additionally, my running tracker documents a huge increase in stamina and performance. Speed has gone from 11 minute miles to last run 9:20 minute miles, and I am back up to 10 and 11 mile runs with no exhaustion or side effects-- I used to come home and nap!. Subjectively, I FEEL better, am more positive, and have MUCH more energy. ( it increases energy in mitochondria). My wife uses it, and my brother in law and another good friend each bought one--the brother in law just had another spinal fusion and reports lower pain after using the light, so taking less serious pain meds. Since it's so powerful, which is a MUST for deep tissue, I cannot stare into it to treat my eyes. So, I am in Amazon tonight to buy a small, lower dose unit specifically for my eyes. I have done a ton of research on this. Check out Dr Hamblin for starters, the foremost expert in the world. I'm so sold I offered to send my son one if he would agree to try it.
