Can these be stored outdoors?

I wouldn’t store this box outside unless it’s in some kind of outdoor storage bin or chest. I’d be worried about the sun and change in weather having damaging consequences on the quality and stability of the wood.

Thick layered plywood, does that mean it’s 3/4 inch ?
