Overall, I like this baby carrier. It was confusing at first because of 1) font of directions for assembly being really small and 2) there were a lot of components to it. But after playing with for a little while, I finally got a hang of it and it is pretty cool. I realized that one reason why it seemed like there were a lot of components and things all over the place is because the straps are really long, which accommodates people of all body types. I also have a Baby Bjorn baby carrier and it can get pretty tight and I'm relatively thin. Kudos to the manufacturers for this.This carrier is pretty comfortable for both the adult and child. Although it is not mentioned in the directions, it comes with an extra wrap that is used as a sling for one position but can also be used as a lumbar support for the other positions adding on to the comfort [see picture attached for visual]. The material used is great as it adds on to the comfort for both child and adult. The only thing is that the head support is kind of loose for the baby ie the child's head is not snugly on the adults body. But this can be fixed by wrapping the strap around.Another good thing about this baby carrier is that it has for 4 different positions that can be used, which makes it very unique and convenient. Additionally, I received this baby carrier within a few days and it was well packaged. The color was alright. Looking forward to when this product is offered in other colors as this product would be a great gift for expecting parents. I'd recommend this product to others.

I love my carrier. My baby did not like being in the sling position. I tried it during feedings bc I thought it'd help support her after my csection. She hated it and I couldn't find a good position for us both. It's actually the main reason I made the purchase.I do find it comfortable in the front positions. Haven't used it in back positions bc my baby is only 5 months.The reason I give 4 stars instead of 5... the top strap is difficult for me to snap. I definitely need this to keep the straps from falling which u kind of need to do. Normally I have some1 I am with do it. Also not something u can easily just throw on when ur out and about... but it seems both of these issues are pretty common with baby carriers.

Not for toddler, maybe okay for infant! Oh, and be sure to figure out how to use before you go somewhere, or you will spend most of your time just trying to put it on! Never did accomplish completely!!

The carrier comes in a plastic bag, very cheap and terrible for a gift. The instructions are tiny and confusing, especially when you add a baby to the mix. My 6 week old's head is over half above the headrest, not proving much support. In sling mode it is too lose, he is too far away to nurse. I have to hold him in closer, and the point of this was to free up my hands. The cheap nylon straps dig into my side and armpit in sling mode, and the padded strap goes across my neck. I'm so dissatisfied with this worthless cheap piece of crap.

Looks like a well-made item but I have never tried to understand morecomplicated instructions! Four adults put one together and then one of themtried it on, with the baby in it. Mind you, we are not dumb people but thisthis should be constructed to where it fits a human. Maybe if someone was5 ft tall and no more than 100 lbs, it might work but a 5'10" dad is not going towear this comfortably! I returned both of them.

Comparing this to other carriers, it is completely awkward. It is just about impossible to clip the back part or unclip it if you have it on. It really doesn't even stay in place and comfortable when the baby is in it. I would have returned it if I had used it before the eligible return date. The quality of it is good though.

I already have two other baby carriers, but this is the only one I have that can be used for kangaroo (front facing) carry. I must say its a very comfy carrier and it's the only one that doesn't hurt my hips. The weight is carried more on your back and shoulders rather than hips. My baby is 4 months old and weighs almost 13 lbs, but I'm not sure how well this would work for a small newborn in regard to neck support when carried facing you. I really like it and highly recommend it because it's so versatile and great for hot weather.

This is a really solid purchase in my opinion. Great flexibility options with the straps and seems like the manufacturing had the adult and baby's comfort level at the top of their mind. The 4 different carrying positions is a lifesaver! No joke, I love it! The only thing is with the backpack position you need help attaching it, but after further thought, it's probably best for the baby's safety that someone is there to make sure everything is OK. All the positions are safe and great for use, according to me. I'm giving this 5 stars because for the price, it's the best you can get in terms of baby carriers. Nice!
