Plants arrived on time and were well packaged look ok hoping they will bush out a bit more, happy with purchase and good price too

Not what I was expecting.Discription say strong, healthy,bushy plants,but arrived very small spindly shoots little more than a rooted cutting.I wanted to plant a hedge,but now will have to pot into larger pots before planting into the hedge.
