Good in small areas
This faucet is an exceptional value for a small sink in the bathroom. It is easy to use and clean, and it adds a finished look to the bathroom. It is of good quality, and the finish is good. I have not had any chipping or discoloration. I am happy with my purchase.

Tiny faucet for tiny sink
It’s a tiny faucet that we use for a tiny basement sink. It fits perfectly and works well. I would not recommend for high use areas though. The drain pieces are plastic but for the price, you get what you pay for.

Instructions were Lacking
Can’t beat it for the price. Will see how long it holds up. I have installed numerous plumbing fixtures, (not a pro but close) and really had to rely on experience during installation. Knowing that the design pattern on the hot line was in red was the only indication for hot vs cold and not addressed in the installation document. I installed this in a rental apartment and for the price $35. It looks the same as the $150 set. No leaks on the pressure side, was disappointed on the drain. Completely plastic, but it went in without any issues except the lip is a little proud of the basin and leaves a bead do water around the drain. I gave it 4 stars mainly on price.

Good volume of flow.
It’s not one of those silly California compliant 1.2 gpm faucets made by Delta or Price Fixer. This unit puts out some water! Good value and excellent quality. Easy install. Nice brushed nickel finish.

Paint wears off over time
I bought this faucet for a budget friendly option for my bathroom re-do. I love the look, it was fairly easy to install. As some others have said, it’s a little noisy but I can overlook that. Fast forward almost a year after installing and the paint is chipping off the very top, flat part, on the edges! Very disappointed in that! I had to do some fancy spray paint work to make it look half way decent. I still know and if you really look, you can tell. I was going to buy another one when I spruce up the other bathroom. Not anymore! I will spend a little more for something that will hold up. Mine is the matte black finish.
