This product is garbage and not safe. At first it ran fine, but a few days in, the splash screen came off because it was held on with some cheap glue. I was willing to look past that. Then, a few weeks ago, I was unplugging it and the plug just came apart! I have never had a plug separate in this way in my life, and it’s a testament to how poorly this thing is assembled. It now has to go into the trash because there is exposed wire and who knows if it’s safe to use. What a waste of money.

The product was Easy to use. The setup was very easy. No water spillage around the area during operation. Overall all it works great.

Pretty colors, but cheaply made. The crystals were missing, but I did receive a credit for the missing items.

Loved the look of this fountain. Was quiet, soothing, and a great visual to have on my desk at work. Co-workers loved it too.However, after a few weeks of using it, a nasty smell started to come from it. The water was causing the paint to peel and flake off, and it was creating a very unsettling odor.A fountain, that is designed to be used WITH water, shouldnt have a flaw that causes its own materials to so quickly fall apart because of the water. I cant recommend this to anyone.Very unhappy with the purchase.

Well, it worked for a couple of hours the first day we got it and when we turned it back on in the morning, it stopped. The design is ok overall (even though it is small) but needs a better water pump apparently. Too bad.
