How long will it burn for on a standard bottle of fuel

It burns for just over 40mins on 200ml of fuel so that’s around 3hours 20 minutes, just remember to let the burner cool between refills, basically make sure it’s extinguished properly.

Does it warm you up when using it outside?

Yes. If your in a confined space, under a gazebo yes. If ya out in the outdoors and it’s already warm( summer nights) and it come sun a bit chilly , yes this does throw some heat. Ya gotta be careful with it but use it properly and it does what it does.

What's the heat output (in kw or btus) please?

Depends on how much liquid you use. But it will kick out some serious heat then elapsed has time goes by

Can I put this item in my fireplace

Yes you an be, just make sure your room has ventilation, bio ethanol is very clean burning, better for the environment than other fuels
