I gave these clippers to my mother (who has been a mobile hairdresser for many years) to review, (with myself as the test subject) and she tried them out on both my hair and beard. She said the following while doing so:"I think these are excellent for home use""These would not be suitable for salon use but they are pretty close to it!""I like the count down on how many minutes charge is left""Being able to change the speed settings on the clippers is an excellent added feature""I like the lock function""Please keep still while I am trying to cut your beard son""Very nice weight to these clippers"Overall we are very impressed with these clippers and can't fault them. If I was forced to give some negatives I would say they should have been sent with a little bag to keep all the bits together neatly, also it would have been nice if the box had included a little tube of clipper oil for maintenance.... But I can't knock a star off for such minor points.Recommended!

So far, I’m seriously impressed with his hair trimmer. Has a surprisingly high-quality feel to it. Weighty(but not too heavy), quiet and well made with lots of features I’d been looking for in the more well-known brands. I love the digital display that tells you how much battery life you’ve got at each speed setting. Seems to be accurate too for the short amount of use its had so far. Plus the easy stand up charger meant I can just sit it back on charge with no effort. Event the Braun trimmer I have that cost me twice as much needs me to fumble about with the plug every time I want to recharge. That’s after I run out of battery completely because the indicator gives hardly any warning on it!) . With this one I can’t see me ever getting to that point.On the shorted setting 1mm it whips through hair down to a fine stubble. Even beard hair which is good because nowadays I have more on my chin than on my head 😊. With some adjustment you can get a good taper/fade going too. There are plenty of settings and attachments for longer hair.I like the safety lock feature as well that prevents it being accidentally switched on in my travel bag (or when I’m taking the head off for cleaning! No doubt it would probably stop the kids from picking it up and playing barber too.It is a full-on hair trimmer though so don’t expect any fine detail use around the moustache for example. I have a smaller trimmer for that though, so this suits the bigger jobs perfectly for me. All in all I’m very happy with it.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Had a Nicky Clarke hair trimmer for a number of years which was a gift from my wife. Needed a replacement when that finally gave up the ghost recently. Technology has certainly moved on in the interim years with much longer use between recharges on this up to date trimmer. But the best feature is the display which actually tells you how long is the charge remaining. Comes with a neat charging stand and 4 different length fittings. Personally would have swapped the included cape for a bag or case to keep it in but no doubt the former will be useful for some.

The trimmer itself is excellent. I’ve been through so many of these and it does everything I except of it and it doesn’t seem cheaply made or anything.The fact you get an led display showing you the battery life but also the speed setting you’re using is fantastic. Even having the option to do that is something new. Normally it’s just in or off but here you have more control.The built is lighter the previous shavers I’ve used and it’s rechargeable even via usb so excellent if you want to take it with you but honestly the battery lasts for ages and the trimmer alone is all you need to take.Extras:The kit comes with the usual additional accessories for different le goth as well as oil for the motor and a handy brush and comb. It also gives you a shaving gown of sorts which stops the hairs getting on your clothes which is just another bonus.Overall:Extremely happy with the upgraded design and to top it off I broke my last trimmer when it fell from the cabinet into the ceramic bowl. I’ve made the same mistake twice with this and it hasn’t broken yet so you can add a sturdy build to the list too!

I was sent this product for review, overall it is a very pleasing product, using this product is very satisfying, it has very sharp blades so there is no snagging of hairs, it is very easy to use and since it has USB charging it's very easy to charge as well, as clippers are, it is slightly messy so maybe not ideal for domestic use but for industrial use you can't go wrong, it has good measurement clips and it's also very good for shaping with just the blade.

It’s a very good quality trimmer and fully loaded features. I followed the instructions and fully charged it. I was showing 216 mins batty life when fully charged. I then turned it on for about 30 mins and noticed it clearly dropped 30 mins from the display. Then I kept it unused for about 20 days just to noticed how much charge it loses over the time but it hasn’t shed anything. It has anti slip grip and feels sturdy in the hand. The speed control button and very easy to operate while trimming the hairs. It came with a nice gown to keep the hairs off which was a nice surprise. Overall very pleased with the product. I had one of the Philips one earlier. That was much expensive and its battery stopped charging after few months of use but this one seems much better looking, more robust and have more features. Definitely worth a buy for the price of it.
