Exactly what the doctor ordered!
My husband has a serious back condition and prior to further surgery, the physio therapist told him to use one of these machines to help get his muscles up and running again. We chose this one.It arrived quickly and in ace condition. As the time has gone by, he's been able to increase the pressure on his 'bike' and is now burning over 500 calories each time he uses it! The calorie counter is an added boost and incentive. It does need to be on the mat provided otherwise it slips on the carpet. Otherwise, you just sit on a chair and peddle it!Easy to use and definitely helping his physio workout. He loves that he can eat a bit extra too lol!Excellent value for money! It folds away easily so isn't sitting on the living room floor between using. It's just a really good little machine at a really good price. So glad we chose this one out of the multitudes!

Useful equipment
I got this mini exercise bike for my husband as he has poor mobility. I also use it. It is a good way to do some exercise. It doesn’t take up much room therefore doesn’t have to be stored away. A good way to keep fit.

Simple safe & very affordable
Husband recovering from illness, long periods in bed/sitting. Legs felt weak hindering walking, felt unsteady.Wanted to exercise legs to build up muscles. Didn't want anything expensive or elaborate, needed plugging in or charging or that took up too much room. Not sure when ordered this due to reports of it 'moving' being unstable. He places it on a small rubber backed mat. Never moves. Easy to assemble. Compact. Loves it & is helping to regain strength in his legs.

Digital monitor not working
The item itself is fine, although i had ordered it for my 93 year old father and it was delivered to front door of a block of apartments, not to his front door with no means of him retrieving it without help. The digital reader wasn't working so he had to purchase new batteries, which worked, but the battery holder snapped while attaching so I had to sellotape it on for him.Luckily, he probably won't need the reader, but not the quality I expected and I have found no means of reporting this without sending it back.

It's so good that I bought two!
I bought the first bike for my elderly parents. The bike came assembled so they pretty much started using it straightaway without trouble. Multiple family members across all ages have since tried it for over a month, and we all liked it. The metal is sturdy (no buckling) and the bike doesn't slip on carpeted surfaces. It's not too heavy to move around. It's also a pleasant surprise that the bike's hinges don't give way during use, even though it's so easy to fold the legs up for storage. The colour is a nice final touch compared to other products. That's why I bought a second one for my own home and I've been loving it since. :-)

Basic but fine
I bought this bike as an attempt to get more exercise as I work from home and don’t always get a chance to get out for a walk on my lunch break, and in the winter, going out in the evening is out, and I specifically wanted a fold away bike as I don’t have a lot of space, and went for this. It’s perfectly fine for a budget, but it is basic.Resistance is not entirely futile, but if you have any strength in your legs, it will get easy very quickly. It’s more noticeable when using it for the arms.As for slipping, it’s all about how you sit with it. Sitting upright on a dining room chair, it stays still, but on my sofa at an angle, it does move a little over use.Overall, yes, it could be better, but for the budget, it’s perfectly serviceable. Just don’t pay any attention to the counter on the front as that is nonsense.

Cheap but poor quality
I ordered one of these for my wife who is trying to build strength after an illness. This product had decent reviews so thought I would go for it.The first one lasted about four uses of less than 30 minutes before the display stopped working, also it very quickly started to squeak when using. It was sent back and replaced with the same item, very quickly I must say!.We set up the new one and my wife again started to use it.This time the replacement started to squeak on first use and the display stopped working on the second time of using.I will be sending this one back for a full refund and looking at an alternative.I guess you get what you pay for!My personal recommendation would be do not purchase this item.
