Don't need very much
I used this to make some vegan jello shots for a party and they were a hit! You definitely don't need a 1:1 ratio for regular gelatin. My vegan jello turned out pretty stiff and didn't melt when left out of the fridge. Good product, nice to know there are so many vegan alternatives.Package was well sealed.
