Q: Need to correct my first question: best way to store hr nuts after opening -- and having to leave home for a month or two? refrigerate? freeze? etc?

I would imagine freezing would be the best. I buy other nuts for cooking like walnuts and pecans and place unused portion in freezer then use them as needed. Wrap the can well with plastic wrap and place in large baggie to prevent freezer burn or take them out of can and portion them in freezer bags for individual servings.

Q: What is the expiration date on this product?

The expiration date is on the bottom of the cans. i bought one today at a local store and the date is june of 2021.. So for this item, it will depend on when it was bought and how long its been sitting around

Q: Can you tell me if these qualify as "giant cashews?"

This product is a really delicious nut mix, with no broken or small pieces of cashews. The cashews are not "giant cashews" nor small, but are very flavorful.

Q: Does savanna orchards offer any honey roasted nut mix with out almonds?

All the Savannah nuts l have bought has roasted almonds in the container. So, the answer is no.
