Cars & Cars 2 Box Set [Blu-ray] [2006] [Region Free]

My toddler loves Cars, so I decided to get him this double set. Since it's a region free version, it's going to play in anyone's Blu Ray player, but be advised that this is actually the UK version of Cars. The only difference I could find was that McQueen's agent, Harv, is voiced by Jeremy Clarkson (of Top Gear fame) instead of Jeremy Piven (of skipping work due to made up sushi-induced mercury poisoning fame). My kiddo noticed immediately that he got smarmy British Harv instead of smarmy LA Harv, but he was OK with it because he enjoys Top Gear just like his mama.

Looked everywhere for cars 2, due to the fact my son likes to watch number 1 on repeat and let's face it, it was time for some variety in our lives. I ordered the set because my son has played our original cars dvd until it skips and now that we have blue-ray this set was perfect. Love the box to group them together for storage. If you have a boy who loves cars as much as mine I'm sure this would be a great addition to your movie collection.

Cars 1 is a wonderful movie!!! However, cars 2 seems like a completely separate movie and not a seaqual. I'm a grown adult and that movie was a little hard for me to follow (although that may have been due to the fact that I wasn't really paying close attention to the movie). None the less, my son enjoyed both movies so I guess that's all that matters.

While the first movie is great for little ones, my 3 year old does not like the second movie. I think he just doesn't understand what's going on. I would say the second movie is for a little bit older kid.

i bought this set because my daughters love these movies. They are from the UK so if you're looking for Disney Movie rewards code, I don't think that they'll work on the US site. They work fine in my blu-ray players. FYI, It only includes the blu-ray discs for each movie, no standard dvds.

This was a Christmas gift for our two grandchildren and they loved it.They are only allowed to watch TV or video on Friday nights and this has become their first choice consistently. Thank you.

Won't pay on my dvd player. It mentions this in the description, but make sure you have a region 2 dvd player before purchasing or it won't play

My 2 year old son LOVES Cars so much. He watches it everyday. Plays with his Mater, Ramone, Doc & Lightning McQueen while he watches it. Mimics the sounds & words. Disney/Pixar is just the best at animation. I have seen this movie more times then I can count and I still enjoy watching it with my son.

This DVD set is a bargain for the price compared to the other sellers. Yes it comes from Switzerland I think and the writing on the rear of the box is in German but you have the option of watching them in English with some great bonus extras such as Mater and the Ghostlight which is quite funny! It took about a week to arrive but if you're not in a rush and don't mind the German print on the box, get it!!

Fantastic duo of films. Cars seeing Lightning McQueen finding Radiator Springs. Cars 2 is more about Mater being a secret agent.The characters, the graphics and the details are so much better with the Blu-ray version. There are more special features and the stories are fantastic. Worth it if you have not seen them.

Love these two film and so does my 18 mth grandson great price as well

It's a great budget way of owning fantastic copies of the cars movies. My son loves these, and I love watching the quality animation on my plasma...

My son loved this set that we put in his stocking. He loves this movie and Lightening McQueen so was a great stocking filler. No complaints.
