This is much much stronger than the Herb Pharm. This works for a UTI. Three weeks of an extreme UTI. Labs don’t even bother, they just claim E Coli. Two different type of antibiotics, broad range, did NOT cure me. Thank God I found this stuff. Usually D-Mannose keeps UTIs from happening. I’m not sure if my d-mannose is a quality ingredients anymore. But I know this worked, and it took away irritation in my bladder. I need to write this review because all the reviews that I seen only state that this helps with a UTI that's all that the reviews mentioned was a UTI nothing about if it helps with overactive bladder I tried this for overactive bladder and it helps it is amazing for this if you have overactive bladder please try this it helps so much and also when you urinate all the time it's painful overactive bladder is very painful so this helps that pain also I highly recommend this to anybody that has overactive bladder please try it will change your world and it also helps with gassiness it really helps regulate you and helps with gassiness I just wish it was a little cheaper it's very expensive I can't buy it as much as I want because of the price that's the only thing I don't like

After a particularly nasty kidney/bladder infection, I take a dose of this a couple times a week to stave off any issues. So far, it's working. The taste is not great, but I put it in a small amount of water and just down it like a shot. I'm happy with it.

This is a highly concentrated tincture that does a very good job of disinfecting the urinary tract. It does not upset my sensitive stomach and is very potent. Definitely recommend just be prepared for the strange taste.Doctors only prescribe antibiotics which leaves many woman having to find their own healing modalities for bladder issues. This is one of them. I've also had success with biofilm busters and monolaurin.

I suffer from IC and I had a UTI so I decided to go the natural way instead of using antibiotics. I was taking it 3 to 4 times a day as instructed. I was feeling better from the UTI after the 3rd day but then I noticed I started to burn in my bladder and urethra. It burned me severely. The worst IC burn 🔥 ever. Nothing helped taking the pain away. Not cystex, not baking soda, not AZO not anything. Its been 2 days and im still in pain. Unfortunately this one will take a while to heal. This is probably a good product but not for people with IC. If you have a flare up drinking any tea then this buchu will cause you severe pain. Im just giving all you IC sufferers a heads up. I hope I saved someone from going through the pain im in right now.

When I 1st read the reviews I was a little skeptical because typically you can always get well if you have any type of urinary track infection such as kidneys or bladder even Prostate. I never taking anything naturally that would take away any infection until I came across this product. Usually I would go to the emergency room before I start having fevers of infections or they put me on antibiotics which I get strong dosages. This time. I was afraid to go to any hospital due to the coronavirus outbreak didn't want to expose my self. But as days went by my infection was getting worst. So I searched and saw buchu on Google. Came across here and found it. My first Day of trying. Was magic. It's so powerful. it cleanse all naturally. No more doctor and Expensive medications or testing

This herb is ok for the purpose it was purchased for but I found that even putting into capsules I still have burn in my stomach so I stopped taking it for the time being. May try again at a later date.
