It goes yellow!
We particularly ordered grey foam as we wanted to use it withgranite and knew some of it would show. It started off grey but over the course of a couple of weeks it's gradually gone very yellow. We now have to try to remove what we can and find a way of hiding the rest of it!

Not UV stable, goes yellow, waste of time
Doesn't retain its grey colour - just turns yellow like normal foam so you might as well just buy the normal stuff.
