Comfortable and versatile
I found this comfortable and a good fit for me. I'm 5' 6" and 133lbs. It has elestic water holders, though, the max size bottle is a 1 litre (store bought) and it's a tight fit. The 20oz and 24oz fit perfectly. The Waterfly has a super easy waist adjustment that my 4 year old could adjust, and it has extra padding on the back that the waist straps will fit into so it can be carried like a sling (it comes with a long shoulder strap). Thiis is the seond water pack I bought and found this to be a better fit for me. I orginally bought the Everest version and it was too wide, my arms hit the water bottles. The Waterfly one isn't as big as the Everest one but my arms don't hit the bottles so it was a much better fit. Since it's so easy to adjust, my kids now want to take turns wearing it. For those that ask about how small it adjust, it fit my 45 lb. 4 year old - and he adjusted it himself (he's wearing it in the camo pics). We plan to take it on the trails this weekend, so will update with how it performed.

Great waist pack for traveling
Pretty handy bag. I took this on a trip to Iceland where I used it as a waist pack while riding horseback and hiking for 7 days. I also used as something like a cross body bag in and out of the airports. I was able to tote along everything I normally carry in my purse but it is NOT waterproof and not even really all that water resistant. I will give it a good spray with some 3M waterproofing before my next trip. My only complaint is that the mesh on the water bottle pockets is fairly fragile. I tore a small hole in it the 2nd day. It hasn't effected functionality. Overall - a great waist pack for traveling.Picture was taken before the trip - I'm 5'2 and fairly petite to judge the size of the bag.

Excellent hiking fanny pack!
Sister's review: LOVE my new fanny pack! Haha. It has so much space to store my things when going on a hike. I am able to fit my BlenderBottle and umbrella in each of the side bottle holders. Plenty of space for my phone, keys, phone charger, portable charger, protein bars among other things such as a small camera or my GoPro! I love the color too and it sits well on my hips. No more dealing with backpacks when I go on a hike! Yaaas!

Big thumbs up for Waterfly!
Although I would have preferred black & white without the red, this is one of the best buys I have ever made! I have been using my old black leather fanny pack forever, but it simply doesn't cinch tight enough around my 98 lb petite frame, so I always have to either wear a sweatshirt to make my waist larger, or tie a sweatshirt under the fanny pack while hiking. I went to Google "fanny pack for small waists" but all I got was "small fanny packs", and reviews that I read on even the nicest ones made it clear that small people had a hard time cinching them to fit a small waist. I read a review about this pack where a woman stated that she could make it fit her 45-lb child or somebody much bigger than herself, and I bought it for that reason alone. However, after using it I was thrilled. Not only is it easy to cinch and will fit folks of ALL sizes, but it has a second set of cinching cords that you can use on the side pouches to make sure that nothing gets lost, and even an additional strap that you can attach so that you can wear it over the shoulder, and I'm guessing that with that strap you might even find a way to wear it as a backpack of sorts, higher up on the chest. It is also has three distinct zippered pockets, all water proof, so that I can put food/water/drinks in one or two of them (in addition to the 2 drinks that I can carry on either pouch, if desired) and still have a separate place to put things like an iphone, cash, credit cards, etc. that I don't want to get wet. However, for now the side pouches (unless it gets to the point where I need to use 4 pints of water in pack) are great for my iphone and small snacks so that I can get at them quickly while walking without fear of them falling out. I can use the interior pouches for things that I want to keep cool, either using a bottle of frozen water which I can drink as it thaws or some sort of thermal cooler. Although I haven't overstuffed the side pouches, this is a well-balanced unit and does not interfere with my arms or hiking in any way at all. This is just an extremely versatile and affordable item that I would recommend for people of all shapes and sizes and for a myriad of uses!

Good pack but don’t expect to carry two water bottles.
Roomy pack and seems well made. One of the the primary reasons for my purchasing of this pack was the 2 water bottle configuration. My big issue is the weight of the water bottles caused the pack to ride down off my hips and I was constantly needing to pull the pack up while hiking. To try and address the issue I has the belt so tight I couldn’t get the water bottles out of the back. One bottle was just okay but the two bottles were impossibleI bought a hydro pack and this pack now work fine for personal items and a small first aid kitThis works well for light items but did not work for me at all to carry water

Excellent with one flaw
This is a great pack, flexible fabric, easy to adjust, comfortable, room for two water bottles. It won’t really fit a rain shell with room for much else but an emergency poncho is a good substitute. The one flaw is that when you have it on it is hard to get the water bottle back in its holder. Surprisingly hard. The waist strap goes around the outside of the bottle, and that tension and the different sections of fabric on the holder creates the problem. It’s pretty annoying when hiking actually but I like the rest of the design enough that it’s still 4 stars. I keep hoping I’ll find a way around the problem.

Sturdy and roomy, good for dogwalks.
I'm a dogwalker and was looking for a new walk bag as my previous ones had disintegrated. I've had this a while in order to make a decent review, - previous bags I had were great for a month or two, then fell apart.I've used this every weekday for a few months solid, through all kinds of weather and it has held up very well. There is almost no wear or tear that I can see, - at the same point my last bag had holes that were big enough for me to start losing some smaller items. (I kept repairing it till I found a good replacement - I'm picky.)It's sturdy and very roomy, - I like carrying a lot of stuff with me, a spare lead, collar, ball, treats, flashlight, squeaky toy, hand sanitiser, tissues, poo bags and a couple of other bits and bobs and I still have room to spare! The front most pocket is excellent for storing treats for easy access, side pockets fit a lot of poo bag rolls, it will fit a generic 500ml water bottle no problem (which will be good once summer hits)The only con I can think of is that the belt strap slides a bit so needs readjusting every morning, but it's something every single bag with that belt type suffers anyway (which is pretty much all of them).

Very pleased
I purchased this as my new bike doesn’t have any bosses to attach a bottle cage. I already have a Marin bum bag but it can’t carry a water bottle. This arrived and is just the job and will carry 2 water bottles but also all my bike tools, a pack a mac, my iPhone, spare inner tubes with plenty of room to spare.I have to admit that for the money I was worried it wasn’t going to be any good but it’s much better than I thought it was going to be. I have yet to use it but I reckon it will be fine. It can also be used as a shoulder bag as it comes with a detachable shoulder strap and the belt can be tucked away. All in all very pleased

Very capacious and strong
I have used this bum bag for many treks and expeditions and am very impressed by the carrying capacity. I don't like backpacks in hot countries and this bum bag easily carries my 2 travelling towels, sun cream, mosquito repellant, x2 500ml bobble water bottles, snacks, money, telephone, GoPro, meds, plasters, spare laces, head torch, pens and probably more. It is comfortable to wear either in front or behind which is very useful. When my last one was stolen I had no hesitation replacing it for my next trip. They have survived an Annapurna base camp trek, touring in Vietnam, the Sumatran jungle, Indonesian touring and the Philippines so far. Although not waterproof they are certainly water repellant and protective to a certain extent, and they dry quickly. The fabric, stitching and zips are all still intact so very strong. I would highly recommend this bum bag.

Perfect for me!
This is the second one of these that I've bought. I love it so much that I've bought it as insurance in case they've stopped selling it by the time my original one finally needs replaced!! Which is not to say that looks like happening any time soon; I've used it most days for the last year and a half and it's not showing any signs of wear and tear, but there will doubtless come a day when it does need replaced, and I want the same again! It holds so much stuff but isn't too bulky. I usually carry a light waterproof, binoculars, camera, midge net, keys, secateurs, mini tripod, bird book, hankies and phone, and the pockets still aren't full! I don't generally need to carry water but I think the pockets on the sides would hold them just fine if I did need to. All in all I'm delighted with it.
