Luxury Rosewood Waiters Corkscrew and Wine Stopper - Multifunctional Bottle Opener, Corkscrew and Foil Cutter

I received the Precision Kitchenware cork screw to evaluate and comment. I am not the primary user but my husband's comments were very positive. 'Looks good, Nice weight in you hand. Design had no rough edges to injure the hand during manipulation. The slide on the side made for easy grip of the bottle neck. The foil cutter was a nice sharp blade, longer than most openers. He did say he wished the cork screw itself was a bit finer (less diameter). This would be considered a great purchase for the price. It also came with a classy stopper which worked quite nicely. All in all, the 'gift box' presentation was surprise and would make a real impression for the receiver.

This is a great tool for all your bottle-opening needs. It feels well made in the hand, isn't too heavy - but is heavy enough to help in the opening process. The wood and steal gives it an elegance and modern flair that makes it complement most motifs.

Looks cheap.

I ordered this corkscrew at a special promotional price and am glad that I did. The corkscrew is beautifully made and all pieces operate properly. I have another similar corkscrew, but have never been able to pull the foil cutter from the handle; the foil cutter swings out with ease on the Precision Kitchenware item. This high-quality item comes in a beautiful gift box and includes a stainless steel bottle cork. I am happy to have this corkscrew, and would be proud to give one as a gift, even at full price.If I could make one suggestion, that would be to include some instructions. I did need to go online to watch a video on operating such a corkscrew.

I bought another 5 (9 total) because friends who use it at my home ask to take it home with them. It is still the best designed and executed waiters corkscrew. You can spend 2 or 3 times more but you won't find better. The geometric relationship of the fulcrums to the screw and handle are correct for an easy, controlled extraction of the cork. The screw is proportionately correct and polished to eliminate ruptured corks. The serrated edge of the foil cutter will last many openings without becoming dull and ineffective.

I'm a bartender and I use this constantly at work. It's fast and sturdy and the little knife is very sharp. I've gifted it twice as well and people complement mine. Despite much use the knife hasn't dulled yet. I avoid using anyone else's at work because mine is so much better.

The corkscrew it self it good and i will rate it at 5. But the other one comes with it(top cap?), i see some rust so i never used it.
